Fraud!

I ordered 4 items from DKNY before Christmas 2024. I was given a single shipping number, but when I got my package, it only had 1 of 4 items in it, and it was the wrong color. I contacted them 2 different ways to ask about the other items, and what to do with the incorrect one. No response.

After several weeks of no response, I filed a dispute with my credit card company, all of a sudden, I was emailed two more tracking numbers. I got the two other packages OVER A MONTH after placing my order, and only one item was correct. The other two were the wrong size. So out of 4 items that I ordered, 3 were incorrect, 3 arrived over a month after I placed my order, and only after I filed a dispute with my credit card company.

Today I finally got a reply from customer service, asking me for my order number and photos of the incorrect items. I pointed out that I already sent them photos of all incorrect items in the other emails I had sent, and the order number was in the SUBJECT LINE of the inquiry.

I was then informed that if I had gotten incorrect items, I was supposed to mail them back and order the correct ones, but I was past the 30 day return period. How can I return something within 30 days if I haven't received it within 30 days? I was also waiting to go through customer service, because I honestly didn't trust them to send me the correct items if I had simply re-ordered the correct items, since they failed to send me the right ones to begin with, and many of them were sold out by the time I received the incorrect items.

bad Experience buying from DKNY

I see that many customers have had bad experiences buying online from DKNY, and the same happened to me. I placed my order on January 16 and paid in full. After a few weeks, when I asked for the tracking number, they provided a link showing that the package was delivered in the U.S. to someone else—I never received my bag.

When I contacted customer service via email, they never responded, not even once, to explain what happened. DKNY is truly not a trustworthy brand for online shopping.

for me It's look like scam.

Dear DKNY Customer Service Team,

After a long wait, I have finally received my bomber jacket. Unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed as the item is damaged. Based on the condition, I suspect that I was sent a returned item, as my order was initially placed on backorder.

It is concerning that no one seems to check the quality of items before dispatching them. I have been a loyal DKNY customer for over five years, and the quality of all my previous orders was exceptional. However, this experience has been deeply disappointing.

Please find attached a photo of the damaged bomber jacket and order number 1100173590

for your reference. I kindly request a full refund as I am currently outside the USA and unable to return the item. Furthermore, due to its condition, the item is unusable, and I will donate it to someone in need instead.
I trust that you will handle this matter promptly and restore my confidence in your brand.

An absolute dishonest company

An absolute dishonest company. 3 months without any order honoured. Partial refund after 2 months. Received email stating single item with a tracking number will be dispatched after 2 weeks waiting nothing. No updated tracking. Pointless contacting as will be dishonest they will keep your money until they decide to refund. If you want a Christmas present order to 21st January you may receive it in time for 25th December. My advice to all the uk purchasers type dkny London. Any place your review onto google dkny men’s this will come up on google to.

Paid for one pair of jogger and one…

Paid for one pair of jogger and one jacket. Received only the jogger and never receive the jacket. Called the customer service 3 times, they never get back to you as promised. I have proof that one one item is received. I used to think a famous good brand make all customers have no worries to spend their hard earned money, shame on you DKNY!

DKNY Online Store Sucks


I placed an order on January 10, and as of today, I still haven't received any updates on the status of my order. No shipping confirmation, no tracking information, and no clear communication from their customer service.

I've tried reaching out, but their response has been slow and unhelpful. This experience has been extremely disappointing, especially for a brand like DKNY. It's unacceptable to leave customers in the dark for this long.

I won’t be shopping from their online store again and would recommend others to think twice before placing an order. They really need to improve their customer service and order processing system.

Ongoing from 13 October 2024…No gorgeous bag!

Ordered a gorgeous bag 13 October 2024 - money taken same day, very happy until 4 weeks later no bag - Emailed customer services, lost in transit so refunded, reordered, paid again... Seemed perfectly normal, NO 18th January 2025 still waiting for bag, I chased weekly, now chase daily.. Never get a response, when I do its the same wording each time, telling me its under review with management.. why i dont know??
Ordered, paid, so for gods sake send the bag!!! Awful awful service from DKNY I thought they were reputable.... 0 stars if i could!!!

I will never buy a trainers again from DKNY

I given 1star as you can’t go lower, I have purchased some quite nice trainers third time wearing them and the bottoms collapsed inside the trainer. Can’t tell you at this point. This is definitely not worth what you pay, I have had trainers from Primark that lasted longer.

USA v UK

I don't know whether to give 1 star or 5 stars as I had 2 completely different experiences from 2 different countries. So I've given 3 stars which is in the middle.

USA: a disgrace to the brand. I placed an order on the DKNY website. I decided to cancel the order as I was still within the 30 minute cancellation period so I activated the online chat. Chat was not available. So I emailed customer services hoping that they could cancel my order. 6 days passed without a despatch notification and the money hadn't been taken from my credit card so I thought I had been successful. Then on the 6th day the money was taken. Another 7 days passed before I received a despatch confirmation. Then another 6 days passed when customer services finally read my email and replied which was now too late. So that's 19 days to read an email!
The item finally arrived just over 3 weeks after purchase. I followed the return instructions and DKNY wanted to charge me £30 to return the item! That was 47% of the value of the item! Very poor customer service and an extortionate returns cost. I'll never order from the DKNY website again.

UK: a credit to the brand. There was no way I was paying £30 to return the item so I contacted the only DKNY store in the UK at Bicester Village Outlet. They were amazing! It cost me £4 to send to them and I've received my refund in 3 working days after return. 5 stars for the staff at DKNY Bicester.

Be careful if you place an order from UK

Placed an order ( Black Friday) which was a good deal. However I had to return the item as it did not fit. It is coming up to 4 weeks since I returned it and I have heard NOTHING.
They do not even respond or acknowledge emails that I have sent enquiring when I can expect my refund. The item was an expensive item and am worried I will not receive a refund.
I don't know who else to contact.
I WILL NEVER BE USING THEM AGAIN.
TAKE NOTE IF YOU ARE PLACING AN ORDER FROM UK.
I wish I had checked out these reviews first.
Who would've thought, DKNY absolute ....

Refund Issues Still Ongoing - Wasting My Time!

Placed an online order for six items during Black Friday sale event, paid in full. Well, it's been an event and still on-going... One by one, each of my items have been cancelled and I received an e-mail in mid-Dec saying my entire order was cancelled; yet, did not receive a refund. I've had to call in twice for the refund, the latest earlier this week, on 6-Jan-25. Owen the rep told me I'd be seeing a FULL refund, which I double confirmed with him, as he apologized. I was told my refund had not fully processed through their refund system but with the help of his supervisor, it was completed and that this experience rarely happens. Same reason provided for the first refund I called in for earlier in Dec. Well, instead of getting a full refund for a fully cancelled order, I received a partial refund, which was for one item in my order. I'm still owed for other items in my order. Never received one item from my order. Now, I have to call in yet again to get my money back for an order which was fully cancelled by DKNY in mid-Dec, so I'm chasing my money. TERRIBLE customer experience. They used to be fantastic in-store AND online, and now just in-store. It's sad because I like their clothing and always used to shop online as well.

Dont buy to this website!!!!

I bought a Coat for my wife that was supposed to be a Christmas gift. It was ordered on Nov 29, but I did not get a tracking number until 23rd of Dec!! When I was ordering the item it did not told me when its going to arrive! I emailed the customer support but they did not get back to me at all! I had to ring just to get to them but they cant even say when its going to arrive! When I got the tracking order it keeps saying in transit but it did not say when its going to arrive! Really bad customer service and bad delivery time. Tracking your order is useless, and when the package arrived there is some holes on the bag. There was also supposed to be a DKNY badge on the coat but when I open the package its not attached to the coat and the clip to lock it in is missing

Order cancelled and the price doubled - SILKY LONG QUILTED PARKA

Ordered SILKY LONG QUILTED PARKA on December 3rd as a Christmas gift. No issues, no suggestion of stock issues. I later found out the product was on back order. Updates were emailed up to December 20th after which was radio silence. Roll on to January 7th and the order has been canceled and “partially refunded”. As by miracle, the product has also been re-stocked and the price over doubled.

Worst experience ever.

Worst experience ever.
Ordered a coat for my wife, 3 weeks later after multiple emails it finally arrived.
In my stupidity I had not realised the sizing online are in US sizes (to be fair now that's my fault not theirs), even though I thought I was ordering from a UK site your not everything is US.
That aside, I thought OK, not a problem lets send it back. Well its not quite that simple, to send it back costs me £30 of which they then deduct when they get the coat back.
What makes me sad about the whole experience. there is not a single point of contact, the returns procedure, is almost impossible to find, and the sheer cost.

I would give "0" if I could. I wish I read the reviews before ordering. I ordered two items, which arrived very late, but the main problem is returning the items that did not fit you. I sent them via a prepaid label (FedEx) that they sent to me with my order. After two weeks, I contacted them, and they said they did not receive my package. Unfortunately, I do not have the tracking number since I used a prepaid label from DKNY and am trying to figure out how to find it. I contacted FedEx, and they said DKNY should have it because they created a return label. I cannot contact any customer service representative via phone, live chat, or e-mail. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. I will never again do shopping from DKNY if I do not receive my money back.

Poor customer service and product never arriving.

I ordered a jumper as a Christmas for my girlfriend. I purchased this product at the beginning of December, according to their international shipping timings, the product should have arrived in time for Christmas. I contacted the company about this issue and the person who I spoke to responded saying it's been processed, I don't know where it is, we can't do anything about it. For a company like DKNY this is absolutely poor. Even today, I have still not received the product.

I am waiting two months for my order and it’s still not even shipped

Do not order! I am trying to receive an order which was made on the 29th of November. After trying to contact DKNY via Facebook, Instagram, sites agents and email. It seems to be quite impossible to receive a response. I managed to receive a response via Instagram on the 17th of December when I received a link to track my order and from the link I could see that the order was processed on the 17th of December, meaning if I had not contacted them the order would of never been processed. Today , I am trying to contact them again after they said they will provide and ETA shortly after a week, and still have not received the ETA. I contacted them with the hope to receive some more information of the whereabouts of the parcel, however after 3 days of waiting for a response they said they will update the whereabouts and after 2 weeks ( from the 18th of December) the bag was shipped today even though on the 18th of December the parcel states “ready to ship” in the link provided from them. It looks like I have to contact them throughout every step of the delivery in order to manage the parcel myself somehow, as it seems impossible for them to manage their orders. For an established brand like this the experience is beyond devastating. After two months of waiting and planning this order to be part of a Christmas present I hope it will arrive at least for Easter. DO NOT ORDER! The 14 days international delivery is more like 4 months if you contact them on daily basis , I cannot imagine if I had not contacted them as the order would have never been processed…I lost my hope for the order to be delivered but I am hoping I can receive at least an ETA.
