Superb experience from start to finish. Watch arrived exactly as described. Wouldn’t hesitate to use DK Watches again!

Great service, I sold my watch a few months back and have been on the hunt for a new one! Secured it today and I’m so happy. The team are all fantastic and go above and beyond for their customers!

Brilliant service from start to finish dealing with kobe! Second watch ive bought in the last 6 months from dk watches and honestly there brilliant to deal with! See u soon for another watch 👌👍

Fantastic service and attentive staff (Kobe) I phoned at 4 pm on Thursday and watch was with me 600 miles away in NE Scotland at 9.20 am on Friday morning. That’s what I call exceptional service. Highly recommended.
Alex.

I recently purchased a Rolex watch from DKWatches in Southport, England, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.
Kobe, the sales agent who assisted me, was extremely professional and helpful. He took the time to answer all of my questions patiently and made sure I understood every detail before making my decision. He also helped me secure the best possible deal, which I really appreciated.

The level of customer service I received was excellent, and it made the whole buying experience enjoyable and stress-free. I would highly recommend DKWatches to anyone looking to purchase a quality timepiece. If you have the chance to work with Kobe, you’ll be in great hands.

Thank you again for the outstanding service!

Very rare to find dealers that act with true integrity but David and his team are a credit to the industry and come highly recommended if you're looking for a watch.

Shop is absolutely spotless, staff are Friendly and helpful. Great selection of watches. We were selling a much loved Rolex watch and they were super kind and very honest. They offered a very fair price for the watch. We will definitely be back to buy or sell our watches. Thank you for a seamless experience 🙏🏻😊

A highly professional and seamless experience. The service was clear, knowledgeable, and efficient, making the purchase completely hassle-free and stress-free. As this was my first time buying from this place was around five hours away from me, I was initially a little concerned. However, the item was delivered exactly as promised and on time. The overall experience was superb, and I would confidently purchase again. Also a massive thank you to Kobe for
Making this process so effortless!

From the point of initial contact to the delivery of the timepeice the process was effortless. DK Watches tended to my needs, giving great options and being extreemly helpfull all the way through. Would highly recomned these guys as many other jellewers can come accross a little obnoxious / rude and not so happy to entrertain any level of enquiriy. These guys are totally the opposite. Very well priced and all watched I have seen are in great condition. Highky recomended

Stunning watch.

The watch I purchased arrived the following day. Very well packaged as well as free delivery. Over the moon with the watch and exactly as described on the site. Excellent condition. The communication was great and the after sales was 10/10. Would highly recommend using this company.

What a find. The perfect watch with nothing but the truth given. So prompt with delivery. Beautifully packed and with me within 48 hours of purchase, even though I didn’t purchase until 17:30hrs. I cannot recommend this shop enough. Should I ever need another watch, I won’t hesitate. Thank you.

Absolutely bang on, best watch dealer around👍🏻🔥

I’ve been in contact with DK Watches for a couple of months now, mainly Murro. His communication is brilliant, very responsive to messages and I asked a lot of questions which he was happy to answer. My TAG watch was sent out straight away, and arrived next day , literally less than 24hrs from me sending the money over. It was packaged so perfectly and the watch was in amazing condition. Everything has been so smooth from start to finish. I will definitely buy through DK Watches again! First class service.
