Did not receive my order on thr day they said it was delivered. SCAM

ordered early June just checked said delivered July 18,2026 I DID NOT RECEIVE IT Today is 8-2-202607

I did not receive my order and they are not wanting to give me a full refund. So I would give them a no star . They said it was delivered on July 7 2026 ,which I did not get. I have been asking for full refund almost every day since and its now August 1 and still no full refund.

Said it was delivered, and it never was. I got scammed

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM Do not use this company. They ship from China. Business address is Florida. Business phone is a California phone number that dont get answered. They won't tell you what company is delivering your package. Mine says delivered. Nothing here. They answer emails when they feel like it. They just give you the run around when they do answer your email. Telling you to be patient. I am going to have to get a lawyer involved SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM

Complete scam. Placed an order is early July. On July 9 the tracker said it had arrived in my city. Today is July 29 and nothing has been delivered. The tracker keeps changing. Sometimes it’s just in the US. Sometimes it’s on my state. Sometimes it’s on my city. Something different about every three days.

I have tried to contact them.

Initially their contact was “supoort” @….

Then it changed to “support” @

Zero response despite my inquiries.

So, they scammed me out of forty something dollars.

Don’t fall for it

The package never arrived. I was home all day. My dog alerts me when anyone comes near my front door. I emailed and the reply was it was delivered. When I asked how the reply was China Post.

There advertising is very eye catching, there prices will make you look but please be aware that's as far as it goes, after that anyone (just like I did) that takes the bait will kick them self's you know were, they go as far as to tell you your order has shipped and you'll get a Chinese tracking number then 17Trac will get involved and they will track your (so called package) order for 15 to 20 and even 25 days and then you will look at your phone/tablet and you'll see your package has been delivered but to your suprise it's no ware to be found, you write and you'll be told to check with your Post Office and or ask your neighbors and that's the last you will hear from them, so please, please don't get excited about any advertising because that's how they get you..
