Dobbies Garden Centres - Keston Avis 114

I’m so cross with myself for signing up to a Dobbies card. I thought my purchase on the day might be cheaper but ended up costing us more as the cost of the card was more than the discount!! Also, we were told repeatedly that we would get a free coffee when we visit only they don’t have coffee facilities where we were which was our local Dobbies!!

Very poor at picking up the telephone, I have tried calling a number of times on different days. Frustrating when you have a quick question!

Had a lovely sunny at last Sunday afternoon at Dobbies in Keston

It was so lovely to ''wander round'' at leisure as I wanted some fragrant plants and went for a beautifully fragranced rose bush and a potted lavender plus found some lovely herbs in the 'bargain section' for a pound a pot!

I wish they had a cafe so I could get my free tea with my Dobbies card lol but it is not a big enough branch for that yet is the perfect size for me as I cannot walk far

I had a truly enjoyable and therapeutic day out and most of the staff were LOVELY!

So I will be back for sure as it was a wonderfully satisfying and even relaxing experience to have a 'potter around' , loved it

The staff were very helpful in guiding me as what to buy for my purpose and helped me in putting what I bought in my car. No doubt, they all deserve 5*

Love going into Dobbies. Great selection of plants. Staff are outstanding and always polite and helpful. Nice seeing the same staff. My only criticism is the Keston branch needs updating. The building is tired and always has leaks when it rains. Often buckets around collecting drips. Feel so sorry for the staff. Major renovations needed and a definite demand for larger indoor area with more to buy plus a restaurant (with an indoor cloakroom!!!)

The staff are always very helpful should you need their assistance.

Everything we wanted was there. It's just such a shame that there is no cafe at this store.

It is very convenient for where I live and I always find enough choice to fill my three balconies. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable.

I just wanted to pass on a message to say that I recieved brilliant and 5 star service on 25th July 2023 at the Bromley Keston Mark Store.

The particular helpful service assistant was named Marielle, and she helped me for around 10 - 15 mins with a purchase and it's decision making.

What a pleasant person Marielle is. I enjoyed talking to her about the products and even spoke to her manager Claire on the day to praise her, so impressed I was with her superb customer service skill and outstanding ability.

Please pass on my thanks to the correct people, and tell them that I was so impressed, that I popped back and actually bought more items a week or so later from an equally helpful young man named Nick.

What a lovely bunch Marielle, Claire, and Nick are. Be sure to tell them of their brilliance and they are all a really charming crowd.

On my visit I bought a bird bath, the staff were very helpful and even took it to my car. The variety of plants are good. It’s a pity they don’t have a cafe there.

Was able to find and buy all I needed .staff were great and helpful

Glad to see you have reintroduced the recycling area for pots and plant holders and plastic soil bags.
Found what I wanted without any hassle and was able to claim my points despite not having my club card with me.

Achieved everything g I wanted. Friendly staff and good service.

28 th March Keston store
The product was in stock. When I made a mistake and brought the adult version to the till, the assistant took it back and brought the small dog version for me. Very helpful. Thanks
