I can't say enough good about them as a company. They are exactly what we need more of. It is not too much to ask for quality, thoughtful, and well communicated customer service. These guys understand that. I am probably in their lowest % of per person transaction $ I make one or at most 2 orders a year. The only time i have had a problem ever it was resolved so gracefully that I am taking time to write a review to say thank you! (something i very rarely do!) so.. Thank you Lynn!

We have been using DocuCopies.com for at least five years for our color and larger publications: catalogues, tri-fold brochures, postcards. Ordering is super easy and we are always happy with the result. The first couple of years we continued to compare prices with local companies and other websites, but DocuCopies was always the best, so we don't waste our time checking anymore. Customer service reps are friendly and professional and know what they're talking about. They've never made us a promise the company didn't keep. I am SO thankful I came across DocuCopies when looking for a printer for my new book. When pricing it out I was very concerned due to the quotes I was receiving from various companies. But when I found DocuCopies their quote was practical and doable. I was leery though because the price was almost half of what everyone else was going to charge me. My apprehension almost caused me not to submit my order. However, if you are considering DocuCopies as your printer, do not hesitate. The quality of their printing is outstanding and their customer service is just as wonderful. I have now placed three different orders and I'm very very pleased. From start to finish, ordering 30 booklets was really easy. Along the way I made some mistakes in exporting to PDF my design to be printed. They found and assisted me with all of these errors I had. Kara E. emailed me to let me know about urgent issues that would hold shipping the product and so this helped me identify problems quickly so we could be on track to get the finished products in my organization's hands as soon as possible. They worked fast too, with excellent advice to reduce the price of my order.

I would recommend this to anyone looking for prints that look great, is to spec and with human customer service that exceeds what you could ever ask for in a company. There are companies that would print whatever you sent them without a care for accuracy in production, just trying to make money. I didn't get that vibe from DocuCopies and their staff. I would give the service a 5/5!

Been doing business with Docucopies for about 5-6 years and they are terrific. Reliable, affordable, high quality and very timely service - can't be beat! Last order I screwed up my requirements and within an hour of placing the botched order I heard from them that something didn't look right on my order. They fixed it and not a moment was lost!

I was hesitant about ordering color copies from an online only company. I did some research and read other reviews, nearly all of them good with the same concerns I had. I decided to take the chance and order car show flyers for our non-profit car club's upcoming show. The cost at a local shop was $0.38 per color copy. The cost at DocuCopies ended up being around $0.06 per copy. The quality of the paper and the printing were outstanding. Far better than I had imagined. The turnaround time was also incredible. I ordered on a Friday, there was a holiday on Monday (4th of July) and I still received my order on the next Friday (one week!). Just incredible. No doubt will I recommend them to anyone needing printing services. They've gained a customer for life.

I have used docucopies for the last 6 years worth of my sons' elementary school yearbooks. These are 40+ page full color books that come out great each year! Graphic artist for 30 years, and this company is amazing. High quality product in a fast turnaround time. Everything is always perfect. I've been using them for the past few years and have NEVER had a printing issue. Even when I missed a deadline, they were able to print the product and get it to me on time! Prices are amazing, monthly deals are so helpful, and free shipping on some orders is just wonderful. ALL of their staff are highly knowledgeable about the printing process, printing deadlines, shipping information, and they are even able to fix most PDF files that are sent to them the wrong size, etc. Blind box shipping is also an amazing feature. Will continue to use them for all my print jobs.

I came across the Docucopies site quite awhile ago when they just were back east. I'm a west coaster. At that time, I was determined to find someplace that could produce great quality monthly color newsletters without high costs. I took a chance and was never happier. Especially when low & behold they opened a west coast branch Whoo Hoo! Cut my prep/delivery time in half. It is a match made in heaven for me- Now I use them for pretty much all my copy needs because of the quick turnaround. Month after month I can rely on great quality-even the way they package everything is great-No damaged pages-very sturdy boxes. Plus I haven't had to buy a calendar or post-its in years-they pop them in the box all the time- love that!

Docucopies took my basic .pdf file of a catalog created using MS Publisher and turned into a bound 20-page color catalog, delivered in less than 5 days. How can you improve on that? The easy to use website, the affordable price, the fast turn around and quality product are all reasons I would highly recommend Docucopies. I would rate my experience with local print companies right up there with used car dealers. Why bother? I do not have any contact at/with Docucopies, but I know if i need something I will certainly count on their service.
