I brought some items from this company there told me I would get it a week of my purchase it didn't turn when it was ment to and when it did finally turn up at 10 at night my item was damaged really poor customer service if I know this company was like this I would of paid extra to get it from a proper company.....be carefully before buying from this company.

Ordered 6 panels roofing timber brackets etc had to email in regards to tracking but had an email back the same day and all with me the next. Couldnt be happier

AVOID. Very rude customer service. Bought from doghealth instead. Spends £800 which I wanted to do with this company as it’s the first to show up on google but so glad I called in to understand the idiyaaats behind this company and how rude they are before even taking your money. Imagine if I paid online and then called in how rude they would of been. AVOID giving business to people who don’t know how to give customers service. Hope their company goes under fingers crossed.

Huge thanks to the fantastic team at dog kennels direct who for the second time now have delivered panels to me (first lot was a big bulk order last year and now a second amount of panels). All of the panels were in perfect condition, delivered without any problems and I’m extremely happy with the service. Despite the difficult circumstances of COVID the panels were delivered within a couple of days of ordering! Brilliant service thank you again!

Placed an order, 3-5 working days delivery on the 5th day i asked where it was....being delivered next week. (10 days after delivery posted)
Called up to be spoken to like a child that does not understand english.. still have unnanswered questions which a two year old could have understood and answered... Then got shouted at because i was accepting an answer for a question i didnt even ask...
Cancelled order...

Some years ago I bought four panels, when they arrived two 1.5mtr sections were damaged, I phoned, and sent them back, some weeks later I phoned to see where my replacements were, they said they had sent them and would look into it, nothing has happened to this day, every time I try, they come up with some excuse! It’s been a long time now, PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THEM, THEY ARE CROOKS!!

Really good service, ordered a large welded panel with door and some roof joists. Delivery was quicker than stated which was fantastic, products are great. The delivery driver was a gem, top team, wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

This is my second lot of panels in just 2-week, first lot was 4 x 2 metre 8cm bar panels, followed by another order of 1X 1.5 metre with door and 1.0 Metre both 8cm bar panels. I cannot find fault with the build or the accompanying bolts, in fact the bolts are better than those I got from another supplier 5 years ago. The door is also much better in its latch facility. Email Communication is always good and fast, ordering is simple and while not much in price to some others on the market £5.00 and £2.00 soon adds up when you buy several panels so based on that these offer best price and value coupled with free delivery which I was sceptical of when only ordering 2 panels but, nope it was free. Communication from the delivery driver to inform me he was an hour away and in the last order telling me he was being delayed. The only criticism was on both orders I did have to chase down my delivery date as I got concerned the order had been forgot. It would have been nice to know at least 24 hours after placing an order the date for delivery was provided, however this was only at the point of 4 working days past and 3 working days past and we are within the Covid-19 lockdown, so staff and operations might be the reason for the slow update. Panels were purchased after one of my huskies jumped a wooden fence and it crumbled so panels a much better investment and not much more expensive. We will possibly have more in the future so booking marking is essential.
