We’re Dogsnug — an independent dog brand based in Stoke Newington, London. We design and make carriers, harnesses, and jumpers in our workshop, creating thoughtful, good-looking gear that works beautifully for dogs and their people. Trusted by thousands of dog owners, Dogsnug creates comfortable, stylish, and long-lasting gear for dogs. Dogsnug began over 10 years ago, when we struggled to find kit that truly worked for our own whippet dog Kai. Too often, the choice was either practical but unattractive, or stylish but not built to last. So we set out to make products that do both — combining comfort, durability, and a modern look you’ll feel good about using. Since then, we’ve worked with thousands of customers, both online and in our Stoke Newington shop, to refine and perfect our designs. I love the size and material
I love the size and material. The harness seems very flimsy and the drawstring poor quality considering how much it cost. I have only used it once for a short distance and was happy with it. We are going on a holiday soon so will be using it over long walks. He used it as a bed in the pub!

Not great
Beautifully made dog jackets & lovely colours .
No mention of measuring with a harness on if you require harness holes so you can clip the lead on so both mine were way too tight ~ I genuinely didn't think of doing that . I measured both correctly but the one for my smaller dog was too short along get back . The legs are too tight & will not bend my dog's paws to get them in the arm holes , no one should . Too snug ironically & over priced. I have donated the two I bought to a dog rescue. Disappointed

I’m sorry to hear the jumpers didn’t work out for your dogs. You’re right — we don’t currently mention measuring with a harness on. It’s a tricky one to standardise, as some harnesses sit flat while others are more built up, but it’s great feedback and we’ll start advising customers to measure their dogs while wearing a harness if they’re choosing the harness-hole option.
Our jumpers are designed to sit close for warmth and comfort, but they should never feel restrictive. If the fit felt too tight, we’d have been very happy to help find the right size — we’re always here for that.

These fit very well
These fit very well, covering the whole back, high neck, chest and tummy, so, all cosy and dry. Good length with great reflective strip. Washes and dries quickly. I bought 3 to change often.

Dog carrier return
Hi unfortunately the dog carrier was not suitable for our dog therefore we requested a refund. I could see nothing wrong with the quality of the product and it may well be suitable for other dogs. I look forward to a reply re the return process.I note that indy original review i only gave one star. My mistake that I didn't click on the star rating . Happy to give it a 5 stars.my only observation is that we sent a message to your inbox but didn't receive a reply as to the procedure . Other than that all OK.

Great lead and collar for seaside dogs
Great lead and collar - living by the sea most leads rust and have to be chucked. These ones with decent fittings survive well and the colours are great

My dachshund loves her bag
Love this. Helpful and super quick delivery. My dax needed to stay off her leg for a week and she’s so comfy and much more settled in this bag that we now use it for regular outings to coffee shops etc. got x-long and x-sturdy as she’s a standard and super happy.

Must have for small dog owners
such a great product, very well made and comfortable for both the pup and me. Sits well over the shoulder and weight is distributed well. The handy side pocket and internal clip are useful additions. Would highly recommend.

Good bag shame about the clip
The bag is brilliant for our year old miniature Dachshund,he loves it and it makes it easy to carry him when he gets tired on a long walk, I would have given 5 stars if the carabiner clip that attaches him to the bag hadn't failed after the first use

Poor quality for price and has to chase customer service repeatedly for refund. Very frustrating- would not recommend sadly.
