Excellent Support

We have had use of oxygen cylinders, a home oxygen converter and a Portable oxygen converter since April 2022. The beginning of this was a big learning curve and just a bit scary, but with the excellent assistance of Vivisol this has become a stress free lifestyle. We have never had any difficulty contacting Vivisol and obtaining new / replacement equipment in a timely manner. All people we have spoken to have been helpful, pleasant, knowledgeable and supportive. We do get reimbursement regularly, thank you every little helps! All the guys that deliver replacement bottles are very kind cherry and helpful, and we have just had our equipment serviced by a lovely guy who was quick and efficient. I could not praise them highly enough.

I asked vivisol to replace my cpap mask…

I asked vivisol to replace my cpap mask before xmas. I was told it would leave them by the 5th of Jan. with xmas being an issue i fully understood and did what i could to fix my mask so as to make do till that time. I then asked about it a few weeks later being told yeah were sending it…. Its now the end of January and still nothing. My mask is now beyond useage and i am at very serious risk of atrial fib again and stroke due to lack of oxygen in my brain while i sleep. Its happened before and it was scary and very awful. Baywater healthcare got me new kit within a week… so whats going on vivisol? I could have a brain clot and die! Is that ok with you? Absolutely shocking service.

Due to my partner’s illness, we were directed to Vivisol Oxygen Providers, and I am so grateful we were. Navigating health challenges can be overwhelming, but the support we received from Chris Lappard part of Brighton team made all the difference.

Rebates are never right and always have to phone multiple times to sort it out. Over 5years of constant phone calls and still going though the same palava. It scares me how many people are getting short changed by this company since COVID. And how many ELDERLY are not getting reimbursements at all . Disgusting how thay treat people that are in need of the equipment to stay alive

Great Customer Service

I found Dolby Vivisol UK fantastic to work with. My Mother was ill and she needed oxygen. Dolby Vivisol attended to her needs extremely well. Their customer service was prompt and immediate, and there was no need to wait on the telephone or press number after number to get to the right person. Dolby Vivisol's engineers again were prompt, professional and courteous and assisted me with all of the specialised nuances of compressor oxygen machines. Dolby Vivisols services helped my Mother, Lavinia, for many years, but sadly she passed away recently,y which is devastating for our family. Without Dolby Vivisol, my Mother would not have had a good quality of life. I cannot recommend Dolby Vivisol enough, thank you so much for all of your help

Just signed up with them for one of their monitored programmes. The team I spoke to were helpful, courteous and knowledgable. Emma was excellent.
Looking forward to seeing how this fares in the long-term.

Disgusting lackadaisical attitude

I read the below review and agreed with everything, which shows they're not getting better as it was from 2022. My wife needs 24 bottles a week so has deliveries Monday,Wednesday and Friday, obviously they won't deliver on Christmas day so we get a Tuesday delivery instead Obviously we won't have the empties because Vivisol have already taken them when they were short a year back and we only had them delivered the day before so my wife ended up with 2 bottles rather than the 8 she has a prescription for, I'm fuming, my wife had to spend most of Christmas in bed as she didn't have the oxygen needed to move around, the same will happen tomorrow (Tuesday, as Wednesday is Jan 1st) no one to turn to and seemingly no competition.

I am a carer for a family member requiring 24 hours oxygen support. Dolby Vivisol is the provider, and from dealing with them for the past 18 months, I have experienced that their telephone operators are not equipped to handle individual cases and can only respond in parrot fashion, quoting oxygen prescription and manufacturer’s guideline on how long the oxygen lasts at different flow rate, etc. If only life was so simple/predictable! For a carer reacting to the patient’s needs on a daily/nightly basis, a little understanding, compassion, even an interest in listening to a particular issue (their faulty equipments, mainly) would go a long way. I cannot do without an oxygen supplier so there is no competition to improve their service. For a start, it should operate on 24/7 basis because after all patients require air to breathe at all times, do they not? Any faulty equipment should be replaced on the same day! If all that they can offer is an apology for unable to provide a service over the weekend, they fall very short of what their business is all about. Disgraceful.

If only I could give 0 stars

The worst company going! they cancelled our delivery a few months back due to having no oxygen. My son is oxygen dependent. They didn’t call to tell us they had done this so there I was sat indoor all day until 4pm when we called to ask what was happening. They are generally so unhelpful we’ve had 1 rebate in almost a year! My son sometimes have appointments across 3 different hospitals plus specialist meetings and physio and they can never accommodate on these rare occasions to delivery time I’m not asking for an hour window it’s normally either before 3pm for example or after 11am when I know I’ll be home luckily this doesn’t happen often for us but every few months a whole week will be taken up with appointments for him which I am not going to cancel as it’s hard enough to get them - my son is seen by 8 different specialists! I now refuse to call them so my partner does as some call handlers are so disrespectful. The drivers don’t give you 1 min to answer had my youngest finishing dinner and my eldest son on his ventilator vomiting!!! Didn’t even wait 30 seconds before walking off If I didn’t have to use this service it would make my life increasingly less stressful!

Genuinely great Service

Our experience with the Vivisol team has been phenomenal from their initial delivery, to their late night support on day 1, to their accurate and reliable speedy deliveries at pre-arranged dates that are never missed, to their friendly and helpful staff, Julian as just one example who is such a credit to the company.
It’s been a pleasure dealing with the team at Vivisol and while we no longer require the service, our hopes are for this business to continue to thrive and be successful as they have a winning formula at present.

waiting 8 months for payments

waiting 8 months for payments , second time this has happened. had nothing from them for months, when asked where payment was, was told it was with finance dept. that was over a week ago. rude and arrogant staff, using 24 hr oxygen its not like we can get a loan for the amount of elec he uses

I’ve had Oxygen for the last three…

I’ve had Oxygen for the last three years. My conservatory floor was destroyed by liquid. Oxygen self venting and was gone to fill the bottle up from large container of liquid Oxygen and it vented again. Why do they not repair self venting ones instead of just keep filling up and sending out to customers.
I dare say they will be moaning because I’m on the machine indoors now too long there is no please in this firm

Oxygen Delivery

Just used Dolby Vivisol for the first time for holiday delivery to my caravan at Barnard Castle oxygen concentrator and five bottles what a great system carried out without a hitch

Incompetent

I called to tell them I was moving in with a friend next week and couldn't take the large canisters with me, so could they please come and pick them up - they coldly refused and said they can only replace them not collect them. To collect them, apparently I need a new prescription... at no fixed abode. Do they want me to just leave them on the street? Anyone in need of oxygen just message me, I have two large canisters to give away in the next week.

Been with Dolbyvivisol for about 11…

Been with Dolbyvivisol for about 11 months and found them outstanding. Just wanted to write a review as I am moving to North Wales in the coming weeks and will be put on a different supplier. I was very suprised at some of the negative reviews as I have never had a problem at all found all staff extremly polite and very helpful making exceptions when I made a mistake to make a special delivery.

Was on holiday in North Wales this year and the company that supplied me there were in dissarray but as that was just for 3 weeks I reserve judgement. I shall be sorry to leave Dolbyvivisol behind as they were allways so kind and courteous and never let me down.

Many problems with the liquid oxygen…

Many problems with the liquid oxygen flasks ie freezing up even when not full, the flow of oxygen just stopping when my husband is trying to walk around, difficulty with the flask sitting correctly on the large unit.
The van drivers and telephone staff try to be helpful but the problem is with the flask not being fit for purpose. We have had 2new flasks but eventually they all end up the same way.
Dealings with previous companies equipment ie BOC and AirLiquide have not been a problem. It seem that Purchasing in the North East NHS have landed us with an inferior company.

100 percent positive feed back

100 percent positive feed back . All staff polite and experienced in there roll. always very helpful. Delivery drivers always polite and well mannered . No rush always have quick word how you doing etc . Y.J Tyne & wear on behalf of my wife
