I pre-ordered the Monster High doll 'Draculara' as a surprise for my daughter for Christmas. Delivery was given as mid December. I received an email on the 20th to say my order was being processed and despite the postal strikes it arrived the Next day. I had a very happy daughter on Christmas day. Especially as she had originally ordered it with the manufacturers and been let down . Great communication, great service and a great company. I have just received my absolutely stunning red haired 2022 Holiday Barbie which I despaired of finding at a reasonable price, this is just one of the many items I have purchased from Simon's, who resists charging the incredible prices these items can make - for which I am truly grateful. Trixie Mattel arrived last week for my son's Christmas Present which Simon's went above and beyond to get after selling out of her again, cannot explain how grateful I am for that extra mile. All my items have arrived perfectly packaged and in perfect condition, I am in awe as a collector of Simon's and can't wait for my next purchase. Having ordered several times now from Simon's Collectibles, I've been very pleased with my purchases which came beautifully wrapped and in perfect condition. His site is a great source of interesting items, not all of which are easily available anywhere else, such as JHD Fashion Dolls, and it's also excellent for Integrity Toys dolls. Simon is very friendly and helpful over the chat system on his website and via email follow ups when needed. Great prices too. My latest order arrived very quickly indeed - I recommend Simon's Collectibles very highly.

Ordered a novelty Mandalorian gift for my daughter from Simon's Collectibles. There was a good choice of unusual and often hard to find trinkets and toys. Communication from the store was excellent and the gift arrived within the time frame given. Highly recommended.
