Trustworthy and Quality Product
Simple selection and ordering process and having done so had great comms throughout the manufacturing and delivery process. Love the quality start to finish which included the delivery driver, cared what he was doing and checked everything was ok. What a great customer focused company - highly recommend-it’s 5stars from me - thanks guys

Lovely and very affordable front door
My husband insisted we needed a mortice and tenon front door, after much searching found Doordeals whose range of doors was amazing and so affordable.
Communication with the company was easy and pleasant and we are absolutely delighted with the door, would thoroughly recommend this company and will use them again ourselves.

Great company to work with. Customer service was brilliant, really understanding and adaptable.
The doors are as described, the frame was faulty, which did cause us trouble. Other than that, I’d use again.

the process of buying a door was very easy. their customer services responses were fast. they had a great website with a lot of door options (and much cheaper than competitors). if I need another fire door i will go to them again.

Thanks for taking the time to leave your thoughts, we're unhappy to hear that you are disappointed with your order.
We have tried, unsuccessfully, to reach out to discuss with you via email, but I understand if you don't wish for us to chat about the order further.
Looking at the order you placed with us, this was for a pre-primed, internal, paint grade door - which whilst in a white primer, is not supplied as a pre-finished white door.
As per the description on the product, this door is supplied "ready to finish" and therefore the door does require further top coats in order to decorate and protect the door. We do point this out on the product page and we supply door care information on the product description, in a link on your order confirmation and there would normally be some printed information physically supplied with the door.
We're sorry if there has been some misunderstanding, but the door has been supplied as intended, designed to be finished on site to your preference, whether that be white or indeed another colour.

I'm a fiend for a spreadsheet
I'm a fiend for a spreadsheet. I put Door Deals up against several other potential suppliers. Door Deals were the only suppier that beat price, delivery and communication. Ordered on Monday, delivered to the door (pun!) on the Wednesday. Could NOT ask for more, customer services was on point, even the driver was a great individual. The whole experience felt simple, smooth and pleasant.
Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for more. If you’re considering ordering doors, I can’t recommend Door Deals enough!
