I ordered two Christmas gifts on October 29th 2024, the processing time stated 1-14 working days so I figured I’d order early. The order was over €80,-. I got an order confirmation and that was all. After a month I emailed, no response. A month later I emailed again, no response. I sent out a form via shopify, no response. I commented on her videos (Instagram & TikTok) requesting a status update. She doesn’t have time to process orders but apparently she does have time to diligently remove EVERY comment asking about a status update. With the printscreens of everything I have now marked the company as fraudulent at my creditcard company and am waiting to hear back. The credit card company mentioned that I am, unfortunately, not the only one who was conned out of money. As she has her address in the privacy notice on the website, I will also have my legal aid insurance take action.
Please DO NOT ORDER! It is 100% a scam.

Appalling.
I placed an order £70 worth! On December 9th 2024. It is now January 17th, no parcel and no response to countless emails and messages to social accounts. Steer clear of this business.

Wish I had read all these reviews prior to placing an order.
Placed my order on October 13th, have sent emails and instagram messages on november 20th, 25th, dec 14th and its now mid January. I haven't heard anything back and should probably consider this money lost...
Avoid at all cost, we've all been scammed.

I'm glad it wasn't just me that has had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered on 5th November and by 21st November I hadn't received anything so emailed. I chased this up a few times and no response. I messaged on Instagram and on Tiktok, yet had no response on either. I had a notification that evri were expecting my parcel but it never got shipped. I ended up doing a chargeback with my bank to get my money back and would recommend anyone else to do the same. I can only assume all the positive reviews on TikTok and Instagram are fake. They even did a post on Instagram to say all of their DM's and emails would be replied to but received nothing.

I would give zero stars if I could!
Placed an order for 3 x mystery book bundles at the end of November for Christmas presents and to date (Jan 25) not received a thing! I have emailed, DM’d and left comments on Tik Tok posts (which get deleted) and have heard nothing back. Only the comments saying ‘I’ve received my order and I am so delighted’ remain, which have to be fake!

Absolutely appalling behaviour from a business and specifically one that posted recently about struggling and considering closing down as ‘it’s so hard to run a small business right now!’
I have checked today and I see you can still place an order via their website so more people can be scammed out of their money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Placed an order at the end of November and had a confirmation email along with tracking. It is now Jan 2025 and still no order and they will not answer any of my emails.

Absolutely horrendous. Considering money is tight for everybody nowadays, spending £30 on a mystery bundle was a surprise for my daughter for Christmas however I feel like I’ve just been robbed. Ordered on the 3rd of November and it is now the 29th of December. Not only have I not received my parcel, I have had no response from the company or any help. They also delete your comments off their TikTok account and now I’m convinced the comments with people saying they’ve received theirs are fake. I cannot stress how disappointed I am and furious that I probably will never receive my money back because they won’t respond. Absolute crazy. AVOID!

Ordered on 29th Nov. Website said 14 day turn around. Still not received. Have sent emails and Instagram messages but not had replys. They were christmas presents for my daughter.

Ordered on 1st November, parcel still waiting to be passed to evri. Have sent several emails and messages on Instagram but no reply.
