Everything was collected and taken away and stored efficiently and quickly.
The return of all my kitchen equipment and furniture was excellent. There was a huge amount of chaos in the house with a new kitchen being fitted and the crew (Darrell and Yasim) were so helpful. Making sure I could fit everything into a very small space! Cannot recommend this company highly enough!

I just want to say a huge thankyou to Mark Liddington and Malachi Francis for making the move go smoothly. They were highly professional, efficient and really careful with the furniture. I have used a number of removal firms and these have been the best. Thank-you for making the process stress free.

Michael, Paul and Joe S have helped sort our removal from our property in Newcastle really professionally. They finished a day early and were well organised, careful, accommodating and a pleasure to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

We had to have a majority of our living room cleared out for some flat works and doreebonner were arranged to collect our items/furniture, store it and then return it after the works concluded. They were excellent in their communication, packing and storing and returning of everything. We had Sam Toby and Ash collect our items which they handled with care and were very efficient and friendly. We then had Nick and Kieran return our items and they were also incredibly quick, professional and friendly. Really appreciate all of their work and would absolutely recommend the company to others.

DB have a unique and efficient method of storing furniture. Everything is wrapped and sealed into a container and is not opened until it is returned to the property.
I found this method very comforting.
Also, the guys were very careful and pleasant and made the whole experience less stressful

Job ref 296588. Steve, Joe S and Paul were absolutely fantastic and moved us out of our house quickly and efficiently. Nothing was too much trouble and they took care of everything. They were joined later by Brian, Dillon and Nev who helped them move us into our new home, again with no bother. I can’t rate them highly enough and would definitely recommend.

Moving across the world is incredibly stressful, but Sam J and Harry D made the first major step collecting my international shipment to South Africa an absolute breeze.

They arrived with fantastic energy and handled my worldly possessions with so much care you’d think my cardboard boxes were filled with literal gold. They packed and loaded everything so securely that I'm completely confident it'll survive the long journey south.

Ashley A and Sam J came to put some large bulky items into storage - an extremely heavy table and 6 chairs, another table with 4 chairs and 2 large sofas. They worked swiftly and methodically taking very good care to wrap both sofas completely into a ginormous bag, taped it all up to keep it in place and also bubble wrapped the tables. They realised immediately that they would need to disassemble the large table from the base as other wise it would be too heavy, awkward and difficult to get out of the house. In no time at all it was bubblewrapped to perfection and loaded. I was most impressed with how they negotiated getting these items into the container. It was nice to know when they explained that they would seal the container and that at the storage site it would not be opened but taken off by forklift and placed in location linking both container number to our name and address until we needed them re-delivered.

Sam J and Adam J did an amazing job today, they were fast, reliable and extremely accurate. We would definitely recommend this service and Sam and Adam in particular

Excellent service from Desmond & Brian S from the High Wycombe Depot in delivering our shipment of boxes (mostly books, far too many books, which makes for very heavy boxes) up a flight of stairs. Couldn't ask for better work. (Job Ref 264833)

The initial visit was very helpful to explain how Doree Bonner set about their removals. The assessment for my needs was done and completed in a very short time and the staff member was polite and thoroughly professional.

Dan, Des & Brian’s from the High Wycombe Depot. They helped my moving from Wembley to Grays at the end of April. They packed professionally and quickly, and finished the moving job around mid-afternoon, earlier than we expected. Also, just called the company to collect the remaining packing materials, they arranged a fast collection for me as well. They also charged a good price for the service comparing to other moving companies. I would definitely recommend them.

Simon Ruffle maintained regular contact with me re: the admin aspect since my initial enquiry three months before the move. He demonstrated care and efficiency, and was able to finally organise our move at very short notice following a period of delays and uncertainty. The team who packed us up and moved us over two days were absolutely fabulous: Daniel Turner, Brian Spires, Ashley Allister, and the other guys who dipped in and out: Des, Toby, Nick, and more! They were calm, friendly, cheerful, hardworking, extremely efficient - making us and our dog feel at ease throughout. Simon & Dawn McGregor continue to assist us - now arranging free collection of cartons from the move, nothing is too much trouble. Of the whole selling/purchasing experience, the move was the least stressful aspect, all due to the amazing Doree Bonner team. Money well spent, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!
