Scam!!!!!!

I ordered a paperback book and received an immediate response, thanking me for my "order #8739 is now being processed." The confirmation indicated "download," and had "Download link" underlined. When I clicked that link, I received a response "Invalid download link. Go to shop"
I was quite disappointed, to say the least. When I attempted to reply to the original email response, the only reply I got was from my Mail Delivery System ...:your message wasn't delivered to [email] because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive email."
This was a very disappointing lesson for me. I frequently buy books online but will only do so now from people or companies I usually buy from.

I ordered a paperback book that said it would be delivered by 3/19/25. I quickly received an email confirmation of my order, but still haven’t received a notification of shipment, nor the book. The email included a link to BUY the electronic version for 3x as much as I had already paid for the hardcopy. I am leaving on travel soon and very unhappy with the service. I don’t know if it’s a total scam or just slow.

I bought what was shown to me as a physical copy of the book. All the language on the website suggests that it would be shipped to me and yet they gave me a link to an E book that is so small I can’t even read it. Also never sent me an email confirmation on my purchase. I contacted the company and they refused a refund. Still haven’t gotten that email confirmation. This company is JUNK! Do not purchase from them!

In the world of online marketing it seems fraudulent to ignore and purposely mislead customers.
Without any specific directions it is easy to order a download instead of a book... their policy is ZERO refunds for any reason on downloaded books ! The phone number provided is a recording telling you they have no phone service. Emails are auto responses which never address any reimbursement . Call your credit company for reimbursement and the seniors report fraud to AARP

I purchased a book and nowhere in the description did it state that it was e-book. As soon as I got the email with the link, within a few minutes, I realized what I had purchased and sent an email requested to cancel. But this company has 0 customer service. When you call the number you will get a voicemail saying they don't offer phone support and you need to send an email. When you do send emails (yes, plural) they never respond. They have since not update the product description, which leads me to believe that they are intentionally vague about what they are selling. The site looks nice which lead me to believe that the seller is legit, now I'm not so sure. Charge went to TARAHCHERNE 407-225-8184 FL. Beware!
