When I placed my order
When I placed my order, I was clearly expecting the item to arrive within 3–5 days. After some time, I called and was told there would be a slight delay, which I understood. However, I never expected the delay to be almost one month.
As I needed the item within the original timeframe, I had no choice but to purchase it elsewhere. I then requested a refund, but since making that request, nobody has contacted me or provided any update.
Unfortunately, I cannot be happy with this experience. A delay of almost a month, combined with the lack of communication regarding my refund, is very disappointing.
Based on my experience, how could I recommend this company?

Thank you for your feedback. We completely understand your disappointment regarding the delay to your order, and we do take full accountability for the fact that the item did not arrive within the original expected timeframe.
However, we would like to clarify that the item was subsequently dispatched and successfully delivered on 8th August. Today is 18th August, and since delivery we have not received any correspondence from you advising us that the item was no longer required or requesting that it be returned.
Had you contacted us following delivery, we would have been more than happy to arrange collection of the item and process the appropriate refund. Unfortunately, as we were not made aware of the situation after the item was delivered, we were unable to take those steps.
We absolutely appreciate that the original delay caused inconvenience, particularly as you needed the item within a specific timeframe, and we are sorry that we were unable to meet that expectation. At the same time, we hope you can appreciate that we need to be given the opportunity to resolve an issue once an order has been delivered.
We remain happy to assist with arranging the return and refund where applicable, so please contact us directly and we can advise on the next steps.

We would, however, like to clarify that the item itself was ordered in specifically from our supplier and was correct; the issue was with the colour rather than the product ordered, and we completely understand how frustrating that must have been.
We would also like to clarify that your order was processed as a delivery, not a collection. Unfortunately, we were not made aware that you intended to travel to us to collect it. Had we known, we could have checked everything with you beforehand and potentially prevented the wasted journey.
We fully appreciate the inconvenience caused by the colour issue and are sorry that your experience did not meet expectations.

The staff were very helpful when I called to explain that I had not received my order for over a week and a half. It turned out that the order was sent by EVRI who are absolutely terrible. EVRI said that the parcel was in Inverness but had lost it there. A new order was sent and it arrived a few days later.

Awful product. A waste of money.
We ordered 6 self adhesive bands to enhance our garden balustrade panels with an etched appearance and also hopefully it may deter birds hitting the glass panels. Your webpage illustrations looked the perfect job. However, first of all on opening your envelope there were no helpful instructions on best ways to apply the strips to the glass.
So carefully we cleaned and marked out the glass with pencil, tape and spirit level at the ready and attempted to apply. Carefully having a soft cloth to try and remove creases and bubbles. Absolutely impossible. We tried two strips and what a mess. We took our time and tried so hard . The other 4 strips are binned. Very very dissappointed. What a waste of £32.51.

The self-adhesive bands supplied were the product ordered, and unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility where difficulties arise during installation or where the product has not been applied correctly.
We appreciate that applying adhesive film to glass can require a particular technique to achieve a smooth, bubble-free finish, and we understand how frustrating it must have been when you were unable to achieve the result you expected.
That said, we do take your comments regarding the lack of application instructions on board, as clearer guidance may help customers get the best results from the product in future.
