Don't bother. The quality of the product is terrible. I will throw them in the garbage before even considering donating. The company doesn't disclose the return policy, and the shipment back is to China for approximately $50-$80 for a $45 item. They offered me $8. I told them to keep their $8 so I could be satisfied in leaving a truthful review and prevent anyone else from purchasing.

Terrible quality and return policy sucks. Sandal strap doesn’t reach to attach to side, useless, cheap crap and I was a sucker for not looking up reviews first.

Do not order anything from this website. The quality is awful. I ordered "Women Sandals Casual Thick Bottom Comfortable Mid Heels Sandals" size 6.5. They sent me these sandals 2 sizes over what I needed. There is no possibility to return but if you insist on return it will cost $50.00 to $80.00 and there is no guarantee that they will refund you the money you spent.

Horrible return procedure. $60-$80 to return these junky cheap looking shoes? Buyer beware. Do not order from this company. Big scam. I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered.

I can't find any way to return these! First, I got a 40, and the ones I ordered were 38. So they're much too big. Second, while the sole is good, and the colored canvas uppers are pretty, they are very cheaply made. They are not sturdy, the straps are thin. I can not wear them, and now need another vacation shoe, with no time or funds to do so.

Buyer beware! My wife ordered a pair of shoes; paid $54. The shoes are Cheap, a rip off! When we asked for a refund 5 times they said they would give me $15 refund and I could keep the shoes or pay $50-$80 for shipping. And IF they receive them they would consider a full refund. What a RIP off. Please save your $$ and buy elsewhere. My blessing to you!

These sandals have a simple and timeless design that's perfect for everyday wear. They're made with soft, cushioned soles that provide all-day comfort, and the strappy design keeps my feet securely in place.

I ordered these shoes for my daughter and they are so cute! The only problem is that they run a little small so I would go up a size.

$81 for two pairs of shoes. They are stiff as a board. Emailed about return: I was told it would cost $50-$80 to send back to China, but they will refund me $8.00!!!

Stay far away!

I received a purchase of two pair of shoes today and am very disappointed. The straps around the ankle very loose and they have absolutely no arch at all....just flat and uncomfortable, as I do have an arch to my foot.
I paid $81, and have asked for a full refund. I am on a fixed income and can't afford to pay that amount for something that does not fit.

Total SCAM- DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. It is crap from China. Looks great in pics but cheap as hell, too big & they will not refund your money unless you pay to ship back to CHINA. And I’m guessing they’ll “get lost along the way.” $54 waste of money

Hummingbirds took to this feeder immediately; holds more food than other feeders.

There was nothing to dislike about this shoe. The added height gives extra support with walking. Total comfort with the fit. I will order other colors. I have recommended to friends and family

I ordered "Comfort Orthotic "sandals. They are the cheapest, most uncomfortable sandals ever. I took one out of the bag, put it on and put it right back in. Plastic and cardboard. UGGH. When I contacted the company to return for refund, they told me I would have to mail to China at a cost of $80-$100 or they would give me an $8 refund. I refused given I had paid $56. They then offered $15 again I refused. Finally $20 and I accepted because I was tired of dealing with them. HORRIBLE! They refunded immediately. Shoes will go to a thrift store. Maybe someone can wear them once before they fall apart.

Shoes are not orthopedic or canvas. They are literally ugly plastic shoes! Customer service was rude beyond belief. Worst CS call ever and no return. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!

I ordered "Comfy Orthotic Sandals". The price with shipping and taxes came to $57 US Dollars.
They advertised that the shoes can be returned within 30 days if not used and with original packaging.
The shipping time was very fast.
Unfortunately, that's really the only positive thing I can say.
The sizing is much too large. The quality is very very very very very disappointing. They don't even have a real buckle - it's more like a toy doll would have.
To say they are orthotic is not accurate whatsoever.

I reached out to customer service and asked to return them for a refund. Their customer service replied that the return policy is to ship them back to China for $50. As an option, skip sending them back and they were willing to refund $8.
I have tried contacting them again and waiting to see if they will be fair on the refund or pay for the return themselves.
I would be very cautious about using this company. I will be certain to order from a risk-free, full refund guaranteed company in the future.
