Debbie did a fantastic job of handling sale and purchase whilst keeping us fully informed throughout the process. Sale of our house was proceeding well until quite late in the process where it became clear there were issues around the failure of original developer to discharge some planning conditions + our buyers solicitor being difficult. Debbie navigated through this and her skill and experience really paid off. Always answered questions promptly by email or phone, and explained things very clearly.
