The bed itself is fine
The bed itself is fine, the lads who deleivered very good. Sadly what lets Dreams down is the sales team in store. We bought and paid for the bed and were informed we would be entered into a prize draw. However the girl who took our order mispelt my email address, I pointed this out to her before leaving the store and she advisd it wold be rectified by HEAD office. I had to ring twice to get this ammended and when I enquired about the prize draw was told I was not eligble. Not happy

1st class service
I was treated well from start ro finish. From choosing the bed I wanted to delivery I was kept informed via email mail and txt. Delivery was prompt and on time.
All staff and the delivery guys were pleasant and helpful. A breath of fresh air nowadays, as good customer service is hard to come by. I would definitely recommend and shop again in the future.

Fantastic Dreams Staff.
The staff at the shop were extremely knowledgable, helpful and friendly. They let us take our time choosing and made it a very pleasant experience. They all need a wage rise for working in such a professional manner.

Everything good!
The staff in the store were polite and helpful. They answered our questions about the beds we were considering. The two men who made our delivery called us beforehand to confirm when they would deliver that day and arrived on time.

Comfy new mattress!
Bought a new mattress recently from Dreams and it’s made such a big difference to my comfort and sleeping. It was delivered on time by two pleasant and helpful guys. A good buy!

Don’t SLEEP on this!
This is the second bed I have purchased from this store and every-time they blow me away. Lovely staff and a clean tidy store! The shopping experience is always lovely and they are so friendly and informative! Highly recommend! Thank-you to Sophie and her manager for another lovely shopping experience!

Good expedience from ordering to delivery. Best thing was the cheerful guys who put the bed up - refreshing to see a smile on the faces of a delivery crew. New mattress is very comfortable too.

Finally a proper night's sleep
Fantastic experience. Super friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Nothing too much trouble. Nice to buy something without being hassled by pushy staff. Bed is super comfy and just the right firmness to aid by bad back. Highly recommend.
