Excellent customer service throughout…
From the advice in the Blyth store to communication and delivery the service was excellent. On the day of delivery, we were contacted by the driver and kept informed of the delivery time. Henry and Andy were friendly and helpful. The delivery was seamless and our property was left spotless after the delivery, construction of the new bed and removal of the old bed and mattress. Thank you.

Worth the wait.
Took a while to get here but the single bed base is sturdy and looks great.
Especially happy with the drawers which hold a lot of bedding and very easy to use.

Mattress shopping
Went for a new mattress for my grandad the girls in store were lovely and no pressure at all. We both Enjoyed a lovely cup of tea, and even went on sleep match machine which found him a great mattress . Highly recommend the store

Dreams Mattress Blyth, great service and such a friendly team.
We popped into our new local store in Blyth after searching out of town and on the internet. Served by the very knowledgeable manager Justine. First she put us on the "sleep match"to find the right mattress for us. Great choice of mattresses and value for money to suit every pocket. The service was fantastic, offered tea/coffee/water, we made our choice there and then, we have had a Dreams mattress for years and loved it but its time for a replacement, we chose a Therapur ActiGel Glacier 4800 and its lovely and cool. Plus first class service from Dreams delivery service..thank you Justine for excellent service.

Excellence from all staff from entry to purchase especially from Emily who was so helpful in choosing t correct mattress to fit our needs. The selection in the shop was huge and it would have been difficult to choose without appropriate advice. We are delighted with our purchase and would recommend Blyth Dreams to our friends.
