The staff at the dreams store at the Shield Retail Centre in South Gloucestershire were extremely friendly and helpful. We were able to quickly find the bed frame that we had pick out online and using the sleep-match identify a suitable mattress.

Dealing with Dreams...was a dream!
Really pleased with our new bed. Dealing with Dreams...was a dream! From ordering in store to then changing our order before delivery, they were helpful and easy to deal with. Would recommend. I was also happy with the price, after considering one of the cheaper online companies, I’m really pleased we managed to find our bed in one of the bed/mattress promotions. The quality of the bed is so good.

We attended the Filton branch on Sunday, 15th August to view the products available and was greeted by a friendly member of the ‘Dreams team’. Sophie was knowledgeable, not at all pushing for a sale and was there to answer all of our questions. We were left to walk around the showroom, with Sophie being readily available when we had any questions. We felt at ease and happy to purchase from Dreams. We would highly recommend a visit to the Filton branch! Looking forward to the delivery of our new bed!!!!

The bed has arrived!! Delivery went to plan. We’d paid the additional amount to have the bed assembled (piston ottoman bed), which was well worth the extra cost.
A great experience throughout as went so smoothly and…….the mattress is super comfy! 🥳

Our experience at Dreams was dreamy
Our experience at Dreams was dreamy! We nearly fell asleep as the beds were so comfy. Their sleep machine was just amazing, it literally found the bed that is suited to you! The service from the members of staff was brilliant, she made our experience at dreams so stress-free by explaining which kind of beds were suited to who and what the beds were made out of-which is very important! All in all I definitely would recommend Dreams in Filton.

Excellent store
Purchased a new bed and mattress here. The young lad who served me was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. The store and staff felt very covid safe too. Delivery date and prices were reasonable too. Would definitely recommend.

Knowledgable, friendly and helpful staff
A really knowledgable, friendly and helpful member of staff in the Filton store helped us select a new foam / spring mattress. Happy with the product and spent less than we'd anticipated. Very happy with the in-store cover safety arrangements too. Thank you.
