Very good service, would recommend
Very helpful, polite and patient when trying various mattresses, deciding on services required and then completing the deal. Mattress delivered on agreed date (03/04/2025) and texted day before with time slot and informed of actual slightly earlier time slot by driver on the day, and delivered promptly by him. Again helpful and polite going through mattress care, guarantee etc.

Perfect from the moment we walked into the stores, the process of choosing the right bed and correct mattress was made easy by the helpful and knowledgeable team, the delivery service was exceptional and 2 very helpful delivery men went above and beyond to make sure the bed was assembled correctly. A perfect service.

Great experience at Dreams. We were given plenty of options to suit our needs and helpful advice. The mattress was delivered at a time to suit and delivery was smooth. Great mattress. We are very pleased. No horrible packaging smell either

I have had the mattress for a week and found it very comfortable. no aches or pain, and slept all through the night. would recommend it to anyone.

The bed is amazing
The bed is amazing, I had very good deliverymen even though there was a little confusion on the ticket about taking a mattress topper also and not the headboard (already removed) they were excellent and speedy putting the bed together and getting the old one out. On a downside I did think 6 months to wait for a bed however expensive it is maybe a bit long.

A hassle free experience
The staff in store were really approachable and listened to the issues I was having with sleep and my mattress. They guided me to the mattresses which would suit me and did not rush me in making my choice whilst I was trying the mattresses. Delivery arrived on time and the delivery team were knowledgeable and friendly. I’m really really pleased with my new comfy mattress, it has improved my sleep noticeably and I love going to bed!
