The gentleman serving us understood our needs and provided us with really good instructive information, he listened to my husband and I and let us try beds with different heights as my husband is to have a hip operation later this year and the bed height will be important for his recovery. Also the bed is for a very special occasion our golden wedding anniversary. which was understood.

From the moment we entered the store, it was all very welcoming, one of the team Alun, was very helpful with advise on a mattress we wanted to purchase. The one thing we liked was Alun wasn't pushy with his sales talk, goes a long way when you're not being pressured. Also Steve the manager was helpful too, Mark the delivery man along with another delivery man, so perfect.. They are a dream team.

I spoke to Tracey at Caerphilly branch and she was very helpful. No hard sell , i used the electric bed and she showed me the mattresses that were suggested. I didn't choose one that day but came back after thinking about it. My purchase was easy to arrange.
However, when I was informed of the time of delivery, it was 7.30 in the morning and i am in a lot of pain early in the morning. I asked if it could be delivered a bit later but there was no flexibility unless I paid another £30 for an afternoon delivery. I had to get up at 6am for my pain killers to take effect before they arrived with my mattress. The drivers were very helpful and were very quick with the delivery.

Sales man asked questions about style is sleeping position which he fed into the computer to choose appropriate mattress. I tried everyone chosen and came down to 2. It’s a difficult choice and I was concerned about that choice. Salesman assured be that if after the time limit I was not happy I could change the mattress.
He was very attentive, knowledgeable about the mattresses and style of sleeping positions. I was very happy with my new mattress- only time will tell if it will be as good as the last one that I had from Dreams! That one lasted 15 years and now my daughter is using it!
