We had a fantastic experience at the mattress shop, all thanks to Anthony. From the moment we walked in, he greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel right at home. He took the time to listen to our needs and preferences, guiding us through the various options available without any pressure.
His knowledge about the different types of mattresses was impressive, and he provided insightful recommendations that truly helped us make an informed decision. We appreciated how patient and attentive he was, answering all questions and ensuring we felt comfortable with our choice.
We also were offered beverages.
Thanks to Anthony, we found the perfect mattress that suits our needs perfectly, and we couldn't be happier! We highly recommend visiting this shop in West Ealing and asking for Anthony for an exceptional shopping experience.

Mohit helped me enormously
Mohit helped me enormously. He went out of his way to show me the variety of beds and mattresses and to make sure I got exactly what I needed. I felt valued as a customer. It was a great experience and I would recommend Dreams if you are looking to buy a bed and mattress.

We were served by Mohit, who is a real asset to Dreams. Really polite, friendly and informative. We have purchased a Hyde and Sleep mattress and a king size bed, which were delivered within few days and built for us. I'm not happy with the mattress
I'm not happy with the mattress, it didn't come with handles to move it.
However, dreams mattresses do come with them, I had one.
