Extremely good service

Salesman was friendly, knowledgeable and very patient with us. Explained everything in detail and repeated anything we weren't sure of. A comprehensive choice of mattresses and different structures explained to us and which would be best for various health problems.

Purchase of king-size divan storage bed

The staff in the shop couldn't be more friendly and helpful.
When the bed was delivered, the men who brought it were pleasant and explained everything; and also told the best way to partially disassemble bed if we needed to move it

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish.

Amazingly helpful and friendly staff in store. Not at all pushy. We purchased two beds and they were delivered exactly on the time slot we asked for. Delivery team were extremely polite and professional. Even though we had floor protector down due to decorators, they insisted on wearing shoe covers as it is company policy. Even explained how to assemble and where all the parts were located! All in all, a fantastic experience and the beds and mattresses are superb. First time customers but certainly not the last time we will be shopping here. Thank you Dreams!

From walking into the shop everything was great, from the sales man to the delivery drivers, all very knowledgeable and helpful. Mattress great too
