I ordered for a firm mattress and what I got seems not to be firm it is soft and it hurt my back. I waited this long before coming back maybe someone will change .

Ordered a new adjustable bed with single mattresses for myself and my wife. We were sold totally unsuitable mattresses for this unit and we asked for replacements under the 100 days guarantee. We attended the store and paid for the more expensive tempur pedic paying approximately the £500 extra cost . We ordered a medium and a medium firm for myself and my wife. Having waited for a month to six weeks the replacements arrived only to find out they were 2 soft mattresses which we rejected. We feel they were sent in the hope we would accept them. The driver contacted head office who confirmed that they were the wrong type. Once again we were told that they would have to prefer our preferred option and were given a delivery date of the 15th of April only to be told of a delay using all sorts of reasons although none were specific. We were then given an open ended date of sometime in May? Again, we have today been told that there has been a further delay stating that there was a a delay in their European factory in Denmark as previously stated. This unfortunately is a lie and was never originally stated. Luckily I paid with most of the price using my Barclay Card which I will begin recovery proceedings tomorrow. My main deposit was on my debit card and if not recoverable will initiate court proceedings. I have emailed them to collect their goods and refund my costs.

Experience was good, product I bought was excellent and was delivered promptly as planed.

Friendly, helpful staff. Delivery as promised. Fast to assemble and left no mess.
