Dreams - Leeds Birstall Avis 

We were met at the door by an Advisor named Stephen and he was very helpful in his approach. He asked if we would like any assistance rather than just imposing himself on us. We used the sleep match to find a suitable mattress for our sleeping habits and we were shown around each of them. We weren’t immediately shown to the one of most value, rather the ones that were available with good discounts. We explained that our wedding would is upcoming so he worked with us to choose an affordable way of payment. Great service all round.

Very good service, friendly and helpful as well as having good knowledge of products on offer. Delivery spot on for time allocated, friendly and helpful guys.

The worker, Miya, was remarkable, answered all the questions, she was friendly and professional, there are no issues with the product.

I changed from a hard mattress to a medium one and it is much mor comfortable an I get a better nights sleep

First class assistance from the sales assistant in the Birstall store.. my wife and I used the bed in the store to give us the best possible mattress for our bed. We are very happy with our selected mattress.

The bed was delivered on time and put together excellently. The only thing is I haven't slept on it yet! I feels comfortable when I lay on it and looks just what I wanted.

Excellent Service. The lady ensured we made the right choice by listening to us and then giving advice. She was very welcoming but not pushy and gave us the time we needed to choose the right bed/matress.

We were welcomed and left to look round at no point did we feel pressured to purchase products. We looked at Dreams first then four competitors stores. Deciding Dreams were better quality with free delivery.
Other stores were charging delivery we compared like for like prices Dreams were the best. We found buying at Dreams a pleasure.
We were also impressed with quick delivery 5 days. The delivery team were equally polite. They respected our property and explaining about leaving the mattress for two hours.
The most important part of the experience was we were not pressured into buying.

Had great service from dreams. Helped me choose the perfect bed. Delivered right on time quickly and professionally. They even put my mattress back on. Took all rubbish away.

the mattress is great if I'm totally honest the only slight niggle is that my old mattress was a lot heavier and because this is a lot lighter every time I lift it to tuck the sheets under it moves all over the place must be new technology my old one was about 9 years old but this new one is comfortable.

Stephen at the birstall store was incredibly helpful, just a really nice guy ! Great experience :)

Bed wonderful but unfortunately my free mattress toppers have still not arrived. Been waiting 3 wks now

The staff knew the information for all products but not sure if what they say is completely accurate. I bought a pillow at £150 that was supposed to be cooling as you slept. This was the first time I've been able to use it in the hot weather as it's the first time it's been warm on an evening. Seems just like any other pillow. Definitely doesn't cool. The bed we purchased was very good though

Was wonderful experience - Stephen was so friendly, approachable, relatable, warm and welcoming and would highly recommend his knowledge and expertise. Everything was fully explained easily and clearly!

From going to the store to look at beds to it being delivered and set up everything went to plan. My adjustable bed and new mattress are good.
