Debbie did such an amazing job showing us around the store and gave some amazing insights.

She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable - I would recommend Debbie to anyone thinking about buying a bed!!

We were looking for a new bed and the lady who served us was knowledgeable to the beds in the shop sh was helpful patient and explained everything very clearly we did know what we wanted but leaving the shop we were given all the information clearly and was so nice we will go back to dreams at fosse park again when we want to replace a bed in our 4 bedroom house

Really felt as though assistant listened to my needs physical and financial. Greeted in a friendly manner offered refreshments, on more than one occasion, and I although I deliberated long and hard didn’t make me feel a nuisance. Very patient and understanding.

Both Ian (Sales Advisor) and Rachel (Manager) instore were brilliant and extremely helpful, whilst maintaining neutral enough to allow you to make your own decisions on what to purchase.

Dreams as a whole has a good selection of mattresses and we are pleased we have chosen to purchase from there.

I visited the Dreams Leicester branch at Fosse Park today and had a fantastic experience. I was very impressed with the wide range of beds and mattresses available, as well as the excellent customer service.

We recently visited the Dreams Leicester branch and were extremely impressed with the service we received, particularly from Gurs.

From the moment we arrived, Gurs was friendly, professional and incredibly helpful. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for rather than simply trying to make a sale. His knowledge of the products was excellent, and he explained everything clearly, patiently answering all of our questions and helping us make the right decision.

What really stood out was how approachable and genuine he was. We never felt pressured or rushed, and the whole experience was relaxed and enjoyable. Gurs went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase, and his customer service was exceptional.

Chris was fantastic on our visit, we were completely clueless on mattresses when we came in and he talked us through the Sleep Match to find the best fit for us, especially with one of us being fussy! Chris was fantastic with sorting out our TV bed and mattress purchase and we left happy. Thanks so much!

From entering the store we were made welcome. The test bed was amazing as we needed that type of help to chose our best type of mattress.
During and after that the salesman fully explained the differences between the types of mattress and left us plenty of time to snooze on several ones

Good service all together

We had no idea what mattress we needed for our son’s bed. Nirali helped us choose the right mattress. I was particularly impressed by her approach, where she wanted to make sure we had exactly the best fit to our needs. I wish all Sales Assistants in all stores were as thorough and diligent as Nirali. It was a genuine enjoyable purchasing experience. We will definitely buy all our beds from Dreams Fosse Park again.
