Great service from start to finish
Great service from start to finish. Given plenty of advice to help us choose our new bed ( and pillows) and couldn’t be happier with our purchase. Delivered on time and installed in our bedroom and old one taken away . Excellent service.

Everything was good.
Everything was good.
From the salesman Noah at the showroom on Edge Lane. We were made to feel special.
Shown all the options , prices were explained clearly and openly.
The delivery drivers Christian and Daniel arrived on time with calls to explain schedule.
They were quick, methodical and tidy workers in taking away old bed and putting together the new bed.
1st class pair of workers.

I have been looking for a bed
I have been looking for a bed, mattress for some time now, Unfortunately had no luck until we discovered Dreams in Liverpool Edge Lane. We had the pleasure of dealing with Kelly who went above and beyond to help us make the right choices for bed,mattress.

We visited the Dreams store with the intention of just browsing, as we had already looked online but weren’t sure which mattress would suit us best. From the moment we arrived, Kelly approached us in a friendly and professional manner and completely transformed our experience.
She took the time to understand both mine and my wife’s needs, asking thoughtful questions and really listening to what we were looking for. Rather than rushing us, Kelly carefully guided us through different options and helped us find the perfect mattress tailored specifically to our comfort and preferences.
What really stood out was her exceptional customer service—she was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping us make the right choice. On top of that, she went above and beyond by including several complimentary extras, which made the whole experience even more satisfying.
Thanks to Kelly, what started as a simple browsing visit turned into a confident and enjoyable purchase. We truly appreciate her support and would highly recommend her to anyone visiting Dreams.

Helpful assistant and delivery men
Helpful assistant, I can’t remember his name. Showed us the trial bed to lie on the get the right bed. Showed us different mattresses and explained everything about them. And helped in choosing the bed itself.
The delivery men were excellent to very professional. Very quick putting it al together, and explained everything about bed.
