Dreams visit was a Dream.
As i was visiting for the first time Dreams I was made to feel comfortable and no pressure was made for me to make a purchase at all and for other retailers it's a lesson to learn.Many thanks to all the staff.

Great bed, comfortable and very sturdy
Really helpful staff at the store who gave me time to think about what I was buying The bed was delivered on time by the friendly delivery team. I put it together myself which is straightforward as the instructions are very clear.
The bed looks great and the under bed storage is very easy to access with the hydraulic lift system.

We went to dreams looking for an…spare bed
We went to dreams looking for an ottoman bed for our spare room.The guy that looked after us was very helpful and we were sorted in half hour with the bed,mattress and payment.We booked a delivery date and were informed when the bed was on the way by the drivers.The service was great

After an initial issue with our order, Dreams was very prompt in their response and resolution, great customer service. The team members who delivered and built the beds were amazing too, a credit to Dreams.

I was kept well informed of expected delivery time & they kept to schedule.The men were very efficient & organised in setting up the new bed ,without any problems & in removing the old bed ,they were pleasant & informative .

great guidance from staff on day of urchase. very friendly and was offered a drink also. delivery men very friendly and punctual only slight downside. I purchased an expensive pillow 150pounds but unfortunately it’s not suitable

Worth the expense
My dad always said to never cheap-out on a bed or shoes; if you’re not in one, you’re in the other. It’s a great bed, well made and comfy. Quick delivery too and put together in a flash.

Friendly and informed Dreams experience
Friendly and informed shop experience, good information preparing for delivery which was on time. Delivery personnel were friendly and efficient. Would certainly consider shopping at Dreams again.
