Dreams - Nottingham Lady Bay Avis 

More than I could take in about mattresses was explained to me and I was not pressured into hurrying or buying.

My partner and I visited Dreams Nottingham in search of a new mattress as we had both been suffering with back pain.

We explained all of our needs/wants to the sales representative Alex who was exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly and went the extra mile to help us find a mattress that ticked all of our boxes!

I would definitely recommend Alex as she made the whole buying process as smooth as possible and ensured we were well-informed about the product prior to purchasing!

We also got two free Tempur pillows with our mattress order which is the icing on the cake!

From the moment we went through the door, everything was excellent. Nice showroom and attentive staff.
Mum has dementia, is very slow and gets confused easily. John knew how to handle the situation perfectly and professionally. They were looking for two singles and he persuaded them to use the computerised 'tester bed' to check what would suit each of them best. He then showed us a couple of actual beds to test. Dad was happy with both (he could "sleep on a biscuit tin after being in the forces" - 72 yrs ago!) Mum didn't like the first one, but loved the second.
John offered to show them a third, but she was so happy lying down, we decided to go for it. He offered them some water, explained all the base colour and headboard choices and we were all surprised how quickly they could deliver everything.
We left mum enjoying a lie down while I sorted out all the paperwork. I was grateful they could arrange for their old bed, mattress and headboard to be taken away (another member of staff even helped out to make sure we got a good deal on that).
I got emails, text messages and calls as follow-ups so we knew when to expect delivery and what I needed to do to prep the old bed for disposal.
My only gripe is that the delivery team didn't take away the packaging on the new beds. Apparently this only happens if you opt and pay for them to assemble the new beds. I had chosen to assemble them to save my parents some money.
Dad was worried about disposing all that, so I ended up taking it home with me (there was a lot!) as I wanted them to enjoy the whole experience. In hindsight, I think it would have been worth the extra 40 quid or so to have them do the assembly and take away the packaging.
Anyway, the main thing is that they both love their new beds and having the best nights' sleep.

Customer service was excellent and the staff made sure that our needs were met, from demonstrating the product to making sure that the delivery date suited us.

Edit: We had to change the delivery date but the manager was more than happy to cater to our request without any hassle.

On the delivery day, my order arrived as promised and the driver took the old mattresses and replaced them with the new ones. Thank you for an excellent service.

When I visited the store the person was very helpful and not pushing understanding that I was only enquiring. I made some decisions and offer was made but again happy to wait for me to return. The sale and delivery was good and arrived on time and put together, also taking away my old bed.

The staff when ordering and delivering were fantastic

First, let me start by saying that the ordering process with Dreams was seamless and straightforward. I appreciated the clear and informative website that helped me make an informed decision on which mattresses and bed to purchase. The delivery date was also easily scheduled, and I received updates and reminders leading up to the delivery day.

When the delivery day arrived, the two guys who delivered and set up the new mattresses and bed were exceptional. They were professional, friendly, and efficient in their work. They took great care in moving the new mattresses and bed into our home and ensured that they were set up correctly and to our liking. They even took the time to answer our questions and provide recommendations on how to care for the mattresses and bed to ensure their longevity.

What impressed me the most was their willingness to go above and beyond in their service. Not only did they set up the new mattresses and bed, but they also removed the old mattresses and bed for us, which was a huge help. Additionally, they noticed a small issue with one of the mattresses and went out of their way to exchange it for a new one right then and there, without any hassle or fuss.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service and products provided by Dreams. The new mattresses and bed are comfortable and of excellent quality, and the two guys who delivered and set them up exceeded my expectations with their exceptional service. I would highly recommend Dreams to anyone in need of a new mattress or bed, and I will definitely be using their services again in the future.

Quick delivery, efficient, professional delivery guys. Ottomon bed and Tempura Mattress expensive but worth it, very comfortable sleep plus loads of storage for bed linen etc. Very happy with my purchase and extremly happy with the service I received from Dreams! Thank you can highly recommend.
