Greeted with the offer of tea or coffee,l by one of her colleagues, very welcome after battling the traffic, Jane, with whom I had spoken the previous day, showed me the bed bases I'd identified as possibly suitable.
She then left me to ponder whilst she went to talk to another customer. Having made my decision, I went to find Jane. She was busy with another customer, but introduced me to Mominah, who made me a cup of tea and very efficiently completed the necessary paperwork. Altogether, excellent. Thank you.

Scott was the guy who helped me to choose the right mattress for me no being pushy had an amazing sense of humour what a sales man !! The delivery guys were excellent too amazing anyone wanting a bed and or mattress this is the place to go ….

Excellent all round - out mattress requirements were explored and there were plenty of options. The staff were not pushy at all and we got our order delivered as promised. Great company!

Everything went as promised, the mattress was duly delivered on time, and the old one removed.

Plymouth Coypool Store
From entering the Plymouth store, which was very welcoming to purchase a new mattress, nothing was too much trouble, to the delivery, it was an excellent service. I was kept up to date on delivery date and timings. Jason the delivery driver was brilliant, put protective foot wear over his shoes to protect my carpets and very pleasant. Very pleased thank you.
