The two men that delivered my bed were…
The two men that delivered my bed were exceptionally polite and hard working, the man who put the bed together even cleaned the floor under my old bed, once it had been removed, for me. Much appreciation to everyone involved, including my shopping experience, everyone was so helpful and i am now getting a very good nights sleep, Many Thanks to all concerned Janet Kitson

Great personal service
Niamh was very knowledgeable and the perfect person to guide us buying a new bed. After using technology to find out what mattress suited us best, we were given pillows to try out some of the mattresses. We didn’t feel under pressure at anytime.
Niamh knew our budget and we were able to get what we wanted within budget.
It was a pleasure to buy from Dreams.

An immensely positive experience from beginning to end
The staff at the stroe were very friendly and incredibly helpful in helping to select the right bed frame and mattress for me. A wide range of options were available and I was walked through selecting the best for my own circumstances, step by step. Delivery and setup was also very prompt and unbelievably straightforward and the technicians even attached the headboard I had purchased as part of the installation. No criticisms whatsoever, just a great service all around.

The delivery men were extremely polite and helpful. As I'm 94 I was unable to pack up the mattress in the recycling bag that Dreams so they did it for me. Dreams kept me informed of delivery times and arrived when they said they would

Good experience in the shop
Good experience in the shop. The lady who showed us around was nice and understood our needs and budget. I really liked trying the sleep match machine. And our bed is perfect!

Purchased two mattresses
Purchased two mattresses. Sales assistant was knowledgeable and attentive. Excellent price for both. Excellent communication throughout and delivery was perfect with the chaps delivering and collecting the old mattresses.

Superb
In-store, the service was spot on, talking through all available options and making sure all decisions were informed ones.
The delivery service was exactly as described, and the people who came into my home were in and out in a flash, but ensured the work they came to do was done correctly. Before they left, they gave me additional advice on how to care for the bed along with a flyer explaining all they told me as well.
