We loved the bed fitting machine, quickly identities best mattrsss and pillow guidance. Only negative was we had to wait to be served as only 2 salespeople

We were very happy with the advice& help we received in store. We were happy with the delivery & bed when it arrived but as its a guest bed, it hasn't been tested for its comfort yet.

A truly positive & remarkable experience
A truly positive & remarkable experience. Newly disabled & looking for a new bed, the staff at Dreams were exceptional in delivering detailed knowledge & 'customer service', (without being too salesy!). The "Sleepmatch' process was brilliant and rather empowering & I consider vital in the process of getting a new mattress. The staff were very patient with my endless questions, and very kind when I became emotional during the adjustable bed process, (zero gravity). With severe back issues, this was a truly humbling experience & I can't wait for my new adjustable bed and Tempur Pro Air SmartCool mattress. Thank you so much to the patient and very knowledgable staff. One very satisfied customer.

The teams that sorted out my items were very knowledgeable, knew my home , were courteous and respectful of their surroundings,and cleared away all packaging even wearing shoe coverings, would recommend highly.
