I am a really light sleeper and Robin went out of his way too show me the sleep match equipment and recommended different mattresses to suit my needs. Thank you.

Impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Although staff were busy with other customers, the manager broke off for a moment to ask if there was something in particular we were looking for and directed us to the area where we could find the limited selection of sofa beds. When we had had a look and seen one we were interested in another assistant came over as soon as he was free and asked if he could assist and showed us how to open it out to a bed and back again into a sofa. It was a pleasure to find staff who were so helpful and friendly.

Having visited three other stores, including Benson for Beds and John Lewis, it was ultimately Shaun's expertise and the compelling offer that convinced me to choose this store.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff who were able to answer our questions and advise us without pressure and a good range of products offered at different price points. We were offered a choice of delivery dates and a 100 day option to alter our purchase if not completely satisfied.

After traipsing about all day in and out of bed shops I encountered Dreams in Waterlooville wish I’d just gone straight there i left benson beds wanting to strangle them and the others just didn’t compare with the experience. Dreams beds rule save yourself a lot of time and effort disregard the rest

My experience with dreams was the delivery was on time the two people who put my bed together were very good and polite as well

Sean who served us was friendly and helpful. He wasn't pushy at all and took the time to make sure we had the right product.
Delivery time was accurate and driver and mate were helpful and friendly.

We knew the type of tempur mattress we wanted when we went into the store but the salesperson, who was dealing with someone else, was very pushy in asking us why we wanted a soft mattress and that they had a machine that would help us choose. We are in our late 50s and having had a few mattresses knew what we wanted. After laying on it, to test it, we left and decided to buy it online. Delivery was excellent. We were kept informed by email and then phone call on the day. 2 very polite gents delivered and took the old one away. So far very good decision, the soft mattress choice has stopped our aching backs and we don't wake up in the night anymore. I am 20 stone and supposedly a soft isn't recommended. Don't listen to what all the so called experts tell you.

Went into waterlooville store today and I can honestly say what a lovely team but what a man Shaun the store manager was never have I been so happy with service the way I was today thankyou so much Shaun for all your help x

Lucy who served us had excellent product knowledge, was friendly and put us at ease and made the whole selection process an enjoyable and satisfying experience. She processed the order efficiently and explained everything exceptionally well and confirmed the order was correct for our needs.
