Dreams - Waterlooville Avis 

My daughter and her partner financed a Tv Bed and with purchasing the additional 8 year warranty the total cost was over £3000.
This bed starting creaking and the middle slumped after 7 months.
Dreams came out and inspected and reported they must have jumped on it!
They didn't ever.
Looking at review sites like Trip advisor and trust pilot and even Dreams website there are nearly 50 others with the identical fault on the identical bed.
Clearly not installed properly or just unfit for purpose.
Dreams still not interested even though the additional warranty says it covers
Accidental breakages which did not happen.
Dreams state you have to get your own
Report done at a cost to yourself and the company they advise you to use are there own inspectors so you cannot win.
Basically a fraud transaction and a scheme
To sell bad quality beds with no come back to them.
We are going to print fliers off and stand at the shop or else we are banging our heads against a brick wall.
Just avoid avoid avoid .

Shop wasn’t open when it should have been. Assistant let us wander to look at items. Told him what we were looking for and he did look on line but told us item was out of stock. I then looked at home and ordered the item straight away with choices of delivery.

I was kept informed about the time of delivery. I had ordered a mattress and they took it upstairs onto the bed and took away the old one. Very happy with the service from the delivery guys.

Fantastic from start to finish

Staff were extremely helpful and I’m pleased with my new bed.

The divan base had grey smudges on it. It looked as if the workers did not wear gloves when they constructed it.
The we bed itself was exactly what I wanted and the staff at the showroom were very helpful and I would definitely recommend them, just a shame they were let down by the manufacturing side.

Leanne from customer services contacted me after the above review and offered to replace the divan or offered me a 20% refund. Excellent customer service as I was not expecting any response.

Excellent service from shop and delivery drivers. The Tempur mattress and pillow are the best ever and have never slept so well. Worth every penny.

Looking for a new mattress got told to go to dreams

Good selection of products in store to see and try. Ordering process was quick and easy. Bed delivered at a time that suited us. Everything exactly as it should be.

The assistant that helped us was very knowledgeable and patient with us choosing a new mattress. The sleep test machine was a great way to narrow down the choices, which was helpful as we had no idea where to start. A very calm store with a wide range of options and knowledgeable staff.

I bought Tempur mattress and this is the best mattress ever. It is so so soft and comfortable, I absolutely love it. It is expensive but so worth it. Highly recommended.

This is a small branch and we went there (after our old bed collapsed on Christmas Day) because we previously bought a bed there very successfully. Although the display is limited we were very well advised and are confident we have what we want.

Assistant was very personable, knowledgable, helpful and courteous.

Gareth was amazing. No pressure on a sale. He wanted what was best for us and couldn't do more to help. I would recommend going in and speaking to him!

When we went into the Waterlooville store,there was a relaxed atmosphere and no pressure to buy.
We had visited other stores and looked online,but felt that Dreams offered what we needed.The sleep position analyser was good to,and the matresss we now have is "as it said on the tin".Morning aches mostly gone!
