Like the company and liked the sales guy but the mattress wasn’t what we had hoped.

Brilliant service at Dreams Worcester, Hannah was amazing she helped us find our perfect mattress, nothing was too much trouble and her knowledge was amazing. All the staff were polite and helpful and would definitely use again.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff member at the Worcester store, took time to explain our options to find the right mattress. Let us try several, giving the pros and cons to each. Pleased with our choice of the Cambourne.
Communication throughout was good regarding delivery and the delivery team were helpful, polite and respectful. Overall a great experience so far!

Fantastic service
Fantastic service. We did the whole dream experience and found the perfect mattress. The salesman explained each type of mattress and the benefits and listened to our feedback and he the right mattress for us. I’m sleeping so much better

Great service all round
Great service all round, from our initial visit to the store, through to excellent delivery and then follow up correspondence after the mattress arrived. Communication at each point has been excellent, and customer service has been spot on, from having a cup of tea in store to emails and texts on the day of delivery.
PS having the best night’s sleep for ages with our new mattress too! 😴
