Our first trip to Ireland. Darragh answered all of our questions beforehand and was quickly available while we were in country to answer further questions. Our hotels and rental car had no hiccups. I would definitely book with him again.

Darragh worked with us for a year to carefully tailor the ideal plans for our first trip abroad. We decided to do a self-drive trip, and we were able to navigate ourselves from Dublin to see the sights of four additional cities. He arranged accommodations, tickets, and more.
Our accommodations were a mix of hotels and B&Bs, all of which were wonderful. The breakfasts were always delicious, and hosts were tremendously helpful.
Driving on the opposite side of the road was no problem for my husband, but managing the narrow, curving roads could be unnerving at times. My husband said that there are no straight roads in Ireland!
The cities and towns Darragh suggested were a joy to explore and provided interesting history, terrific restaurants, and welcoming pubs.
We loved all but one of the suggested sights (out of countless), but that's understandable. We were a bit disappointed with the Guinness tour, except for the upper bar room where you have 360° views of Dublin.
I want to mention that we needed help three times during the trip. Each time, I reached out to Darragh, and was answered immediately. On one occasion, I lost my phone, but my husband use the number provided in an email to ask for guidance, and Darragh called us right away. It was such a relief in a stressful situation.
I highly recommend Dream Trips for planning your trip. We could have never known how to plan the trip without them, especially Darragh.

Darragh truly went above and beyond in his effort to make my 2027 genealogy trip to Northern Ireland as rewarding and interesting as possible. His detailed itinerary even pointed out some of the ideal research sites that would increase my odds of finding any family still in the area! He took my change requests in stride and never let me feel like anything was a bother.
