Our host accommodated a late drop in from us on a Saturday just before he was due to close. He was courteous, professional and gave us a great deal on our rental. I wouldn't hesitate to hire from Drivalia Summer Lane in future.

Best car hire in the area...good selection of cars and the gentlemen was very helpful ,welcoming and very professional. I would definitely hire a car from here again and I reccomend anybody who is looking for a reliable car hire please book with this branch ....5* all day long 🚘

Avoid this rental company
Booked a car at Birmingham.airport. Called tel. No. And gpt a.message office was closed then eventually got through yo someone. Due to flight delay i was 2 hrs late and was told my car was no longer available and id have to pay full weekend rental charge again. Car only held for 60mins and this was buried in t&cs. Will never use again. Shocking!

To ensure we can manage vehicle availability for all our customers, we adhere to the following policy:
Grace Period: We hold bookings for a maximum of 2 hours during branch opening hours. If you are going to be late, we ask that you notify the branch of your estimated arrival time.
Vehicle Hold: We can only hold a specific booked vehicle for a maximum of 1 hour past the booked collection time. After this point, clients may be offered an alternative vehicle category (subject to availability), and charges may apply.
Failure to Collect: Customers who fail to arrive on the day of collection are marked as a ‘No Show’ and charged up to 3 days rental. Please note that prepaid bookings are non-refundable.
If you require any further information regarding your booking or this process, please contact us through the Manage My Booking portal on the Drivalia.co.uk website.

Great experience overall
Great experience overall. Very competitive pricing, and Afee was a pleasure to deal with, friendly and full of positive energy. The car was in excellent condition with no issues, and both pickup and return were quick and straightforward.
