Got my insurance policy cancelled right in the middle because of this silly device. Giving me a 0/100 score due to overspeeding of 1or 2mph not even 5. I have drivers tailgating me, a driver attempted to spit in my face during an overtake, I’ve been blinded by full beams. Only to be the loser at the end. Shame on you.

I won my Theo early last year but owing to Virus lock down not fitted until September. The fitter said he had never fitted one before and was not sure how it was set up so he fitted it how he believed best. There were no instructions for the fitter or user with the device. It worked for journeys up to December although some parts of the journey did not record. In December I lost the app on my phone always getting "Theo has stopped working". "Conversations" with Theo staff, always replied that my problem was with their technicians, I did not get satisfactory advice or result until this week. At last it is working again. As stated no user instructions with the device and I still do not know what the two knurled dials are for despite asking "The team". Using the card from the device in my computer the recording and picture are very good, and when working the app information is good, just a pity that the app failed to work for such a long time. Just pleased I did not buy it or I would have been asking for a refund.

Waited for the rave reviews. Installed it and have been using it for 9 months. It’s awful. Beeping, tweeting and making noise the whole time while driving.
It doesn’t take into any algorithm about driving on empty roads. It doesn’t matter how high you score. There are no rewards.
I’ve had 4 separate occasions that I’ve been told it though it was in a collision. It wasn’t.
Nice looking bit of kit. Practical wise. I drive a thousand miles a fortnight. I won’t be installing this in my new car. At least If your selling points are the odd free coffee as a reward throw in the odd free coffee. If you are looking to saving money. I’d bin this and use a black box provided by an insurance company. And buy any run of the mill HD dash cam.

Sales team sorted a post-delivery glitch, even though it was out of their control.

Just driven my first few journeys with my new theo fitted. The installer who turned up to fit it was very nice and did a great job, it's all very tidy, it looks just part of the car.
The app is easy to use so far, and viewing a video from my trip, it's much better quality then my old dashcam.
Hopefully I never need to test their collision support but I did feel reassured while driving knowing it's there.

Received my Theo its a great device arrange a professional installation very easily. The device works perfectly and i am super impressed with the app as i am able to view all my journeys and download videos. There is a reward section within the app which i am very excited to start earning rewards for good driving. Overall i am extremely happy with the product.

Really good idea and works really well. I’ve had a couple of little issues but they have sorted them out really quickly.
I would and have recommended it to friends and family to help protect them.

Theo is Great! I bought Theo because it's different from ordinary dash cam. On top of ordinary recording function, it gives me 1/rewards (I have received free car wash, Car Club benefit) if I drive safely, 2/insurance discount again if I drive safely, 3/driving score and feedback which tells me visually(on the map) where I drove dangerously just after completion of my trip, 4/Forward collision warning, 5/in case of accident, its Alexa voice function or call agent helps me to notify claims to my insurer.
In short, Theo is SUPER driving assistant and its wide range of benefits justifies its cost for sure.
One thing I'm expecting is someday it has full-blown Alexa function so I don't have to buy Echo Auto. This gives me fun to drive!
