My friend and I want to Drivetime on January 23rd to buy a vehicle only to find out the title was in Pennsylvania, so we ended up having to put $345 down on another vehicle. we have five days to return the other vehicle but due to the state of emergency with the ice and the title still be in Pennsylvania we were not able to return the vehicle. I had made numerous phone calls to Drive Time and talk to the manage Mark ,had told me that the title still had not come in yet, and I had kept asking him about my refund that I put down on the other vehicle the manager Mark had informed me that yes I would be getting my refund back. We got back to Drive Time Feb to get into other car. I had made the phone call about 1130 in the morning and talk to another person that had worked there and told me that we had to talk to the GM about getting into the other car that we were supposed to get cause we didn’t need a down payment and I called about 230 and told them that we were on our way the lady that answered she said OK we get there and find out the GM had just left because it was his daughter‘s birthday and they said that the manager was gonna call and see if they could transfer us into our other vehicle that we were supposed to get so I looked up pissed consumers and seeing all the reviews about Drivetime I had gotten a phone number for Corporate for Drive Time. I called them and explained to them what was going on and they told me that they were gonna call in inside the Drive Time that we were at and find out what was going on , so my friend came outside she and said I don’t know what you did but they’re gonna go ahead and put us in the 2016 Chevy tracker. And then I asked her if she could take my credit card in and get my refund back. My friend came back out and said they’re not gonna give you your refund and that we were supposed to transfer from the other car into our car that we were getting, the manager came out and got very nasty with me and asked me if I had any questions I had asked her why I wasn’t getting my refund and she said because they had put it in the 2016 Chevy tracker, I’ve never given her permission to do that. I never signed any paperwork , we were unable to bring the other car back within the five days because of us having a state of emergency and I had said to her oh so you wanted us to have an accident or get killed on the way back just so we can get the car back to you within the five days and she got very smart about it and she said oh I can take you out of this car, we went above our heads and got you into this car and we got you switched over. I had a very bad experience with Drive Time. I will never go through them again after we get this car paid off so far when we get in this car the alarm keeps going off every time we put the key in it. It’s just very frustrating that when we walked into Drive Time the first time they were very unprepared my friend had to have a cosigner. I had to be the cosigner for her not having The title to the vehicle that she wanted, it was just a lot of frustration that we had to deal with and I did talk to Corporate about my refund and they told me that if I go to get my refund back then we’d have to bring the car back and our contract with Drive Time Drive would be over, Drivetime is nothing but very evil manipulate company and I do never want to do business with them again.

Jason was great at helping us through the process of getting a car. I wasn’t too happy about my options but Jason made me happy about it. The only thing that made me disappointed was the port to my vehicle DOES NOT WORK!!! I tried two different cords and nothing. I cannot utilize my Apple Car Play. Also as I ran the AC I s giving the previous owner was a smoker. Overall my experience was good and I would recommend anyone to go the DriveTime.

I have had my car for 5 months and the engine locked. The car had oil in it and I had gotten an oil change. It is due now for another oil change and before I could even do that the engine locked. I called them and they are worthless I am without a car the Kia dealership has my car and don’t know how long it will take to get repaired. I would not recommend Drive Time to anyone I am so upset because they are not doing anything to help me for a car that they probably knew had trouble. This place sucks!!!! I guess I am suppose to walk a 1 hour 30 minutes to work.

Jason Black was almost prefect, I'm 67 years and this my first experience with such great attitude and love what he doing.
The check engine light came the day after I purchased on July 25 after previously waiting 2 weeks for it to get serviced when I originally wanted wanted to purchased which was July 11 no one reached out during the process I had to call to get updates and no one is assisting to get a replacement or rental while I get vehicle serviced

Everything they promised they did. The title and service was Stella. Made you feel at peace.
The employees were friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with I could not be happier. This is the second car I have purchased and both experiences were amazing
I test drove the vehicle and it was DIRTY & SMELLY! It drove well and we decided to move forward with the purchase. It was late on a Saturday and I had to come back on that following Monday to complete paperwork and pay the rest of my down payment. I was called at 10:30 AM to tell me that everything was approved and that I could come in to complete everything. I informed the sales rep that I would be in at 3:00PM. When I got there it took a while to complete everything and I had a to be out of there by 4:00 PM for a class. I ended up leaving at 4:15 PM and it was pouring raining. I FULLY EXPECTED the car to have at least been cleaned as we were ALL aware that I was purchasing this vehicle and we spoke at 10:30 AM. I came in 4 1/2 hrs LATER to the SAME FILTHY SMELLY MESS!! I cleaned all the surfaces with medical grade cleansing wipes and the amount of dirt on them was appalling! What makes it even more upsetting is that I had just spent well OVER $ 30,000 to purchase this vehicle (NOT including interest) & I couldn't even get a FULL TANK OF GAS (only a 1/2 tank)!! COME ON DO BETTER!

Great Customer service. Good selection of cars. I would recommend getting all the great warranties they have.
Great customer service across the board from beginning to end. However the car I was sold has a horrible smell that can't be pinpointed to a specific location and even after a deep cleaning and detailing service the smell still is lingering. The air cabin filter was also completely clogged with dirt and dust and was not changed. Vehicle looks well/clean but the smell is off putting making the purchase unsatisfactory.
