DriveTime Car Sales - NE Nashville Avis 

My car broke down on my way to work and since it was an older model car I was already in the process of looking for something else but not this soon. I had a time limit when I visited the Collins location in Nashville cuz my mom brought me but she had to pick my niece up at a certain time so anyway I let Arianna know (the one that was helping me with my car search) and she was able to get me out of there in no time..Not only was she professional but she was kind, courteous, friendly and fast..she really took care of me and helped me choose the right car. Usually it takes hours to get into a car but it took her no time and she was truly generous, understanding and made me her number 1 priority to get me in and out of there..thanks to her and the staff there and in the Gallatin location for having the best and friendliest customer service I ever experienced..I definitely recommend both Drivetime locations for your car shopping.

Do not purchase a car here. I had to unexpectedly purchase a vehicle. The first car I purchased needed a brand new engine and was completely rusted on the bottom. Didn’t know that until I took it to a mechanic when the engine started running hot 2 days after purchase. Took it back within 3 days of purchasing it to exchange it for another car. The SECOND car is having issues starting a week after I purchased it. DO NOT buy a junk car from this place.

Buyer beware. I purchased a car, not even 9 months ago and the engine had to be replaced. They allow 5 days to return the vehicle with problems and 30 days to fix repairs. Well five days is hardly enough time to determine if the car is gonna be reliable transportation. At 30 days the car was leaking oil and when I took it in for an oil change a “small” engine leak was found. DriveTime didn’t want to have anything further to do with it. I purchased a 5 year, or 50k extended warranty with silver rock, the company they recommended. WHAT A MISTAKE!!! The car has been in a local shop over a month now. Silver Rock claim to reimburse you for a rental but only up to $300 or 10 days. The problem is YOU gotta come out of pocket first for them to HOPEFULLY come out of pocket secondly. And $300 will not even suffice for a rental. I remain in limbo. I’ve lost several jobs and money. The whole ordeal has affected my livelihood. Don’t rush to purchase a car from DriveTime, NE Madison, TN. BUYER BEWARE!! The buying process is simple but the long term effects of signing a DriveTime/SilverRock car contract has been difficult.😡😞

Car was dirty when I received it. My seat belts in the car had mold on them.

Need a new vehicle

I originally went to the Birmingham, al location to get an approval for a truck I found in Tennessee since I lived in the bham area. When I arrived I told them I had a trade in, they went through the appraisal and the original quote can't back at $1500.
My trade was a 2012 f150 fx4 super crew loaded. It did have 260k miles but KBB had it around 7k.
Now the lady did say this was a new system only s few stores were trying so she made a call and they accepted the KBB offer. So from there I got the approval for the truck and the next day I was to go to Tennessee, 3 hours away, to drive and get the new truck.
Now I did ask her to call up there abs verify that the truck did run with no issues known and everything worked on it as it should, including the 4 wheel drive.
They exclaimed to her the truck was in near perfect condition with 89k miles and everything worked as it should.
So the next day I drove up to look at the truck, first glance it was nasty, the under body looked like it had went thru a mud hole and dried, the molding had been removed but alot of the river was still stuck to the truck.
Door jams had super webs and dirt all in them. I test drove the truck and went through all the functions, found out the 4x4 didn't work and a few other small things that needed to be addressed.
So I told them the truck was nasty and what all I found to be issued with, after the fact they supposedly told me it was in near prefect condition.
The manager, Justin, said he would take it to a transmission shop that week and get it detailed and call me back.
Is now been over a week with not a single phone call back from him.
Overall the ease of getting up to the purchase is easy and stress free but it was the lack of honesty or unknown facts about the vehicle and the lack of communication from the manager about the outcome of the truck.

I walk in the lady at the front decks took my info told me to look around when I found my car she took care of me till the loan person finished my paperwork

The manager “Farley” went above n beyond for me and pushed through the car sales for me so ty !!! This is my second car buying experience from drive time n I would highly recommend ;) they do everything to get u mobile. But they need a referral program lol for customers

I was able to set up my self with some hopeful really good transportation, the people that was assisting me was very nice as well thank you Arianna

Was looking for a specific car. Found it online at Drive Time Madison. Applied online (very easy). Wad approved and got my terms then set an appointment for Saturday. Couldn’t wait so I went in unannounced Wednesday afternoon. Annabelle took care of us and a little over 2 hours left with the car I’ve been searching for. 2nd purchase from Drive Time and would recommend.

I would absolutely not recommend here the quote online is not what will be offered when you go in ...2nd my vehicle 45days old and has broke down I thought I bought warranty called them twice they assured me I had it told me the website to find repair shops they utilize now it's time to pay I don't have the said warranty after speaking to two different employees who said I did but now said they didn't look at right contract..after giving me a report car had been checked and no problems don't use drivetime paid 600 for repair and car still broke down again now motor.drive time put me on hold for 45 minutes waiting to speak with Justin sales supervisor and never answered then place closed

I am satisfied with my choice, and the representatives there made sure I didn't leave with out a car that was right for me. My experience was long but I tryed all the cars I wanted to till I found the one that was for me. They made sure I understood everything before signing anything. I am going to recommend Drivetime Nashville to as much people as I can.

They made it so easy to find a car. I came there with a car in mind, but it didn't suit my needs. That was no problem, Annabelle quickly found another car in our price range. She was very knowledgeable, she was great at explaining and had all the answers to my questions.
