The cost of material and quality of installation were good. However, the job was quoted as one week and, with a diversion to another site, actually took three weeks. This caused a great inconvenience to us as we were in the process of moving into this property.

We can't thank our designer, Denise, and installer, John, enough for the wonderful job they did for us!! Everything came together so beautifully! Denise coordinated it all....flooring, tile, countertops, back splash, stone around fireplace, and all of the new window treatments. John designed an awesome layout for our custom walk in shower and the fireplace stone work looks so great! There are so many decisions to be made for a new construction, but the process turned out to be quite enjoyable. Thanks again!!

I had a complicated project. Scott Gary and Bob were an awesome help. The job looks terrific.

Love the carpet but it was never mentioned to me that I had to have a certain vacuum for it. I have a Dyson...that didn't work on this carpet and I love my Dyson so now I have to buy another vacuum to use just in my bedroom. THAT certainly did NOT make me happy. Other than that, the carpet is great.

Dulmes was fantastic from start to finish! Jodi is an expert at all flooring and very helpful in making choices for hardwood,carpet and bathroom tile. Bob was very thorough in his measurements and a pleasure to work with through out the project. The installers were experienced and Randy even caught a problem with our toilet which we were able to fix right away. The follow up from the store and especially Jodi has been great. I highly recommend choosing Dulmes as your go to for all your flooring needs!

Two bathroom floors done to perfection. Time to give Bruce a raise! Patterns were expertly place. Tight edges. Perfect grout. Cleaned up after and during installation. Treated our home like it was his own.

The flooring itself is very nice and dealing with the people of Dulmes has been very smooth. Some of the install could have been completed better (the installers messed up our trim when installing the floor). Other than that, everything went well.

This company was a pleasure to deal with when we re carpeted our home which we had just purchased. Tim, the Chief Installer, discovered that our existing padding was more appropriate for transit with a wheel chair, which was important to us because one of our adult children uses a wheel chair when she visits us. This not only saved us money, but produced a floor treatment better suited to our needs. It is very comforting when one is new to a city to find such trustworthy people to deal with. Diane H. our Sales Representative was very attentive to our needs and responsive to our deadlines. Thanks so much!
