The worst actually NO customer service
The worst customer service! Still waiting on order placed weeks ago! Actually NO customer service- you wait and wait them a pre- recorded message states you have 30-45 minute wait. Duluth obviously has no idea that Christmas and Christmas orders are an annual event and have no business model to accommodate the Christmas ordering season.
Don’t waste your time and money with Duluth especially during the holidays!! One star is overrated for Duluth.

WORST COMPANY EVER!!! 3 weeks after order still haven’t received all my items! I tried calling customer service and no one ever answered. I was on the phone an hour. I tried emailing no one ever emailed me back. I tried canceling my order. They didn’t cancel it please for your sake don’t order from these people. They are AWEFUL!!

I made an order on November 30th and only received part of my order, a few pair of socks. The 2 round of the order wasn’t even mine, 2 buckets and a pair of work pants! Someone else must have gotten my women’s flannel shirt, women’s smartwool socks and soaps. Still can’t get ahold of anyone. My last email said they are out of a men’s fleece 1/4 zip, but they should have noticed that when I placed my order. Currently on hold for the last 1-1/2 hours. My wait time is the same as when they close. Something’s really wrong with their online ordering. Now I need to go buy other gifts, since I’ll probably never get the other socks
Poor shipping/Customer Service
One of the items from my order did not ship with the rest of my items, it looks like it has been "processing" but there is no way to track it, it has just been radio silence for weeks. On top of it they sent me a package with someone else's order, and I am afraid I will not receive my actual item. Trying to get in touch with customer service is impossible. The chat portal gives you an estimated wait time and asks you every 6 minutes if you are still there. If you don't answer quick enough it kicks you out. I had an 8 minute estimate, waited for 27 minutes and missed the "are you still there" check in and got kicked out. It happened to me about 6 or 7 times and I still haven't spoken to anyone. I tried calling and the recording said wait time is over an hour. Idk if their plan is for you to get so annoyed you just give up?

Duluth not staffed for XMAS mail order - - again.....…
Duluth does not seem to have the staff to properly support its Christmas order season. Second year in a row I placed an order in early December (the 4th), yet now on December 16 it has not been shipped out. 79- minute plus wait to speak with customer service. Duluth, despite its good products, excellent store staff, has turned into an 11-month store. Bet I don't get the entire order, like last year....... :(
I will not order again between Thanksgiving and New Year's.
Update- order finally arrived about 4 days post review. LaserShip handled a hiccup well though its software could be better - its staff was very good. But Duluth was very very slow to fulfill the order.

PLACED AN ORDER ON 11/29/24. HAS YET TO SHIP, CAN NOT GET AHOLD OF ANYONE ON LIVE CHAT, NO REPLY TO MY EMAIL, AND ON FOREVER HOLD ON THE PHONE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OR LACK THERE OF I HAVE EVERY HAD WITH ANONLINE ORDER. I ORDERED CHRISTMAS PRESENT AND NOW NOT SURE IF I SHOULD ORDER SOMETHING FROM ANOTHER COMPANY, AND IF AT THAT IT MIGHT BE TOO LATE TO RECEIVE BY CHRISTMAS. AT THIS POINT MY ORDER SHOULD BE OVERNIGHTED AT THE COMPANIES EXPENSE.
HORRIBLE but they dont care
I bought only TWO in-stock items. It took 16 days to arrive, the LAST shipment from about 5 companies to arrive for the holidays. I tried to call, it took 45 minutes on hold to get customer service to tell me sorry, it will come but I have to wait. NEVER again- go with other places. Dont bother with email, they wont answer them.
Horrible Experience - No Customer Service
Placed my order on Nov. 29th, 2024 and Duluth had no problem taking my payment. My order was updated on Dec. 6th, 2024 and stated that a label had been created. It's now Dec. 16th, 2024 and the tracking number still says the carrier is not yet in possession of the package. I've tried calling every option, live chat, and even called at 7:01 am, they open at 7:00 and was put on hold with an anticipated wait time of over 2 hours. I will never do business with Duluth again and suggest nobody else does either.
Total Disaster
Ordered on December 1st, it's now the 14th. Still haven't received my order. Sent an email a week ago requesting an update - still no response. Can't get anyone on the phone. Their website has no updates on the order status. Overall, a complete disaster. I am about ready to initiate a charge-back. Avoid this retailer!
Shipping Delayed 14 Days/ No Customer Service Response
I purchased 10 items for my elderly Father, after no update for a week I called customer service. They said it would be an hour wait by phone, or you could choose a live chat or email for speedy response. My credit card was charged the day of the purchase but my tracking number showed item had not shipped. So I decided to stay on hold for the hour that then became 1hr 20 min. I got tired of wasting my time waiting for someone to answer that no one was going to answer. So the following day I decided to try the live chat... every few minutes you would have to respond that your still on the online waiting another hour goes by and still no response. My last resort was to attempt emailing them directly on December 11th to receive an automated response that its our goal to provide response within 3-4 days if needed, urgent needs please call customer service number. Today's call is estimated 1 hour 13 minutes. IT'S BEEN 14 DAYS AND JUST RECEIVED ONE ITEM.

Awful experience
Like everyone else my experience has been awful, I placed an order on December 3 and received a confirmation on 12/4. Since then I’ve not had any further correspondence. When I try to track my order, there is no tracking info. It only reads processing. I called and the recording stated it would be one hour or more to reach a representative. I opted for live chat instead. What a joke, it too never connected. It stated trying to connect and after several minutes it would ask if I was still there. I tried for 20 minutes and gave up. I called back and was told it would be 60-70 minutes. After 45 minutes the music stopped and I thought I was finally being connected. NOPE, they disconnected me. I emailed them to tell them of my experience and to cancel my order and behold, their automated email response said they respond in 3-4 days. As of now, I’ve yet to speak or chat with anyone, nor have I gotten a reply to the email I sent 6 days ago. They are pathetic.

I would give this zero stars if I could. It's been 10 days since placing an order. It hasn't shipped, there's been been no update whatsoever on status of the order, their online help system doesn't have any information, and I have been on hold for 90 minutes and counting trying to get through to an actual person. I get that the holidays are busy but there's not even any automated information sent out; it's like the order and my money all just vanished. Will not order from them again, and if you're considering it I would advise that you don't either.

Scanning issue with shipper but no communication or customer support! I placed an order 12/6 and noticed it hadn't shipped. I send an email to customer service and got no response. Finally I got through the chat. It initially said it was 9 minutes, but ended up being well over an hour. The agent said my order was processing and gave me timelines to expect for packaging and shipping -- which were 1-3 days for packaging and 7-10 business days for shipping. After I asked some clarifying questions, the agent got snippy and said it wasn't their fault there was a scanning issue. They NEVER said there was a problem -- just quoted me nonsensical times. Then, they said "We appreciate your patience," which is meant to trick you into being more patient! I appreciate good customer service and communication -- I got neither!
Poor shipping and customer service
Wife order items on Black Friday, still haven’t received. Spent two hour on hold with customer service. They say it was delivered even though the tracking says awaiting to be shipped. Now they say it might get here before Christmas’s. Will never order again!

Ordered 12/7 and order has not shipped. I emailed customer service and got no response. I am trying to chat, but it’s been 20 minutes and haven’t gotten connected to a human. Despite all these issues, they continue to market and promote their sales!

What happened to this company?! Ordered late November and NO customer service on phone after waiting an hour three days in a row, nothing. No order information, nothing. As if company no longer exists? Once a viable, reliable experience but now I cannot recommend unless you enjoy endless frustration.

Man oh man, their customer service and shipping are truly horrible! I have been on hold now for 72 minutes trying to get answers on an order...seriously!?!? On top of their lousy customer service, their shipping issues are horrible as well. Things are shipped late, often times impossible to track.
