Dumatiles Avis

Definitely Recommend! Really surprised (because they were great value!) how good these are. Feel like stone, but super thin. You can work them with a stanley knife or jigsaw, so super versatile and easy to use.
Kitchen splashback and floor done with them and them - the only issues were my DIY skills (or lack of) and not ordering enough - even with this Adam was super helpful and quick to reply and respond

Used the product three times now great product, all my customers very pleased with the result.saves removing solid tiles, saves time and money

We decided to go with Duma tiles as an alternative to retile a bathroom and wow the result was amazing.
Very helpful too chat via WhatsApp, nothing to much trouble. Definitely use this company again 👍

Great company and very quick delivery, which as a fitter is very important. Easier to fit and cleaner than tiles. Easy to contact the company through WhatsApp. Overall a durable and hygienic alternative to tiling. Would definitely recommend this company and will use again.

Having been in the trade for 41yr now and done alot of tiling i decided to try this product.Cannot fault it easy to install and my client was super pleased with the end result.Adam was a great help on advice needed and I will be installing alot more of these for sure.10/10.

I decided to replace a bathroom and looked at porcelain tiles and then Dumatiles. I went for Dimatiles after asking for advice and then they not only gave me advice via Live WhatsApp chat they sent me videos showing what to do. I ordered them and they arrived really quickly and look better than I thought. Thank you to Adam for all your help.

Order was delivered very quickly forgot to add the trims to the order i used the whats app chat lat in a sunday night! Didn't expect a reply til Monday morning however I got a swift reply and my issue was sorted within 10 minutes. Never had customer service like it!!! Brilliant!!! Our tiles came wrapped like little babies! And the trims arrived a few days later!

Let me start by saying that I do rate this company's products. I work for multiple letting agencies and am responsible for around 600 properties. I have started recommending the wall tiles, particularly in bathrooms due to the low maintenance for landlords and tenants.

What lets this company down however is the delivery company they use. The customer service, particularly on WhatsApp has been ok - quick responses and apologies but I have warned them multiple times of the issues as a result of using this delivery company. All of these have fallen on deaf ears and as a result, I will no longer be recommending this company until the delivery company is changed. Someone like 'Palletways' or 'Amazon Freight' who are much more reliable.

Main issues with this delivery company:

- a delivery slot of between 8am and 6pm - as a contractor, I would not be on-site at 6pm
- No delivery updates available throughout the day
- No phone call to advise an ETA
- Delivery to completely wrong address
- Missed items from the delivery even though they 'apparently' tried to deliver the items on the same day as the rest of my order????????? But no phone call/update or anything.

All of which put me behind and cost me in terms on labour and client dissatisfaction.

You may wonder why I do not rant at the delivery company rather than DUMA - but they decide to carry on with this company and upset me and my clients.

Adam sorted out issues fast and efficiently deliveries were as requested. product was easy to install and looked absolutely brilliant

Ordered floor and wall tiles just before Christmas. The wall tiles were dispatched next day and arrived before Christmas. Adam sent a message straight away to say the floor tiles were out of stock at that time, but would be in by 10th January. Great communication throughout and the floor tiles were dispatched as soon as they came in .
Great quality and easy to fit. When I needed an extra box, very easy to add to the order .
Thanks Dumatiles will be ordering again in the future .

Quality product,very easy to use.
I recommend it to everyone who wants to change interior of their bathroom without making it dirty. 5 🌟

Fantastic service and product. Ceramic tiles and gross adhesive are completely dead to me. I'm an actual professional. Listen to my words. My bathroom was tiled, floor to ceiling, my options are duma tiles or take it back to brick, re board and skim or glue these over the top and ultimately end up with a far superior waterproofing and finish. It completely suited me, I could stick 3 tiles to the wall and pack it up if If I felt like it. No cleaning, no mixing.

If your existing tiles are good and you're even half competent you can definitely do this. Score with a Stanley and snap them. No grinding or tile cutters. I'm completely sold and I will never use tiles again.

Above all you can just message a person on whatsapp to amend your order. It feels like buying things should be.

I even left an offcut in the utility sink, submerged in water to see if they'd swell for 3 days. It emerged as it entered.

A great product and company. I have never written a review this positive but they deserve it.

Communication was excellent from start to finish. Always responded quickly, within minutes most times.

Delivery was quick and well packaged.

Definitely will use again for next project.

We have made several orders with this company recently for kitchen and bathroom tiles and have been extremely pleased with service, delivery and quality of products, will definitely use again and certainly recommend to others

Great products, very knowledgeable staff, happy to help with issues. Will definitely use again. 5 star service!

I've bought the tiles, but upon delivery, the carrier must have dropped the boxes and damaged them. Adam was understanding and immediately sent replacement tiles. I will use Dumatiles again.

Everything to do with this order was excellent, the customer service, the delivery, ease of use and quality of the product. I would, without hesitation, be more than happy to buy this product again.

I really can’t fault Dumatiles. Adam, the guy I’ve been dealing with was absolutely fine. He came across very pleasant & easy to do business with. Had a few issues with damaged tiles however, the issues were sorted & the tiles replaced. I would definitely use the company again. I would definitely recommend the tiles. They are very easy to apply to the walls or whatever surface you decide to put them on. Just make sure you prep the surfaces before you begin. The Dumatiles are so much better than traditional tiles. They are better than aqua boards too.

Really great experience with this company, I accidentally underestimated my requirements and Adam was straight on the ball with his help in adding to my order. Tiles look amazing so far and really straightforward to fit. I’m a very happy customer and would use them again without hesitation.

From order to delivery this company has been first class and very helpful.
I would recommend this company to anyone.
5 stars and more
