Never received my order placed months ago. No communication from Dunya through any of it. Don’t bother with this company. In a time where supporting small businesses is really important, you’d think this small business would take more care to uphold a good reputation in order to keep valued customers. Dunya ran a competition on Facebook whereby I ‘won’ a voucher to spend on their store. After placing my order with the voucher and items that I payed for with my own money, I waited weeks for no dispatch email, no message from the seller to update. Tried emailing several times over the course of 2 months, messaging on Facebook, leaving comments on posts but nothing. It’s only when I put in a dispute on PayPal and waited the allotted time for a refund ( they still didn’t bother to reply to PayPal during this time) that I atleast got the money I paid on top of the voucher back. It’s frustrating to see them offering Black Friday sales and money off to entice new customers who almost certainly won’t see any of their items either. Not even a curtesy email to apologise or offer an explanation. Not trustworthy at all .

Please don't use this company!! I stupidly ordered twice, the first order took over 6 weeks as there was a "mailing issue" then when I recieved it items missing (I did recieve a refund for the missing item) the second order arrived with an item missing to which I got an email but since then I've not recieved my parcel or any response to my emails. I just want a refund for my item. I do not reccomend this company, be very careful!!

Do not buy from this site. You will either receive some of your goods or none of it. Then when they issue a refund it will be withdrawn. Terrible customer service only replies when you write something on their FB page warning others!

I have not received the product I ordered. I have emailed them twice now and had no reply this is unacceptable bad customer service . And they have the cheek to email me to review them.

Ordered 6 weeks ago and still have not received my items. Multiple emails to the owner eventually they sent a refund only to cancel it so I never received it. I am now back trying to contact them for an actual refund. I have been blocked on Facebook messenger!

Ordered my Christmas planner 7 weeks ago. Endless emails, mostly with no response at all and I'm still waiting for my items....

I have emailed you before. This product was supposed to arrive on 8/9/20 but I am still waiting.

Terrible customer service.
Once order was placed I received an email advising of delivery arrangements. Delivery was never made. I contacted Dunya, to be told they would get back to me the next day. I have never heard anything further from them.
I then received another email advising delivery, but that didn’t happen either. I have attempted contact via the Facebook page, Facebook messenger, email & WhatsApp, but have had nothing back from them at all.
Still haven’t received the ordered items or a refund.
I would not recommend at all!
Do not use this company!

ETA: I eventually received my refund after posting on the Facebook page multiple times to request a refund and make others aware of the terrible customer service!

Worst website i have ever ordered from. Placed and paid for my order nearly 7 weeks ago and still have not received my order. 3-4 weeks later i had an email to say there’s a problem with how she shipped the orders. Another 3 weeks later and a promise of resending my order I’ve still not received it. I’ve asked for my money to be refunded but yet again no reply so i will now be taking further action to receive my money

I placed an order back on 29/7/20 I understood there was a delay on one of the products due in on 10th August but I still haven't received any correspondence from you! I have opened a case via PayPal and still nothing!! Funnily enough I am receiving marketing emails but nothing to explain the delay of over a month!! Maybe you will respond to a bad review!! I have also tried to chat using your online facility left contact details and nothing returned!!!

Delivery not received a week after it was supposed to have been posted. Emailed and asked them to follow up and no response received. Terrible service will not shop here again.

Nice quality, better than image in fact..... delivery was prompt too.

I would definitely recommend this small business! I have received a very professional and friendly service with quick delivery. My personalized items were amazing I will absolutely be ordering more in the future!

I love the Christmas Planner. It is beautifully presented and will be so useful. My only slight criticism is that there are around 50 planning sheets for Christmas day. Let's hope I am still here in 50 years!

Postage was quick and well packaged. Productucts delivered were beautiful and of high quality.
