I can only rate the Hornchurch branch as amazing.
Ross, Grace and Amanda were excellent and went over and above throughout selling my home.
As an older person alone they stepped up to help, guide and complete.
Ross sat with me at home explaining, dealing with problems and giving reassurance throughout. Nothing was too much trouble.
Amanda was care and caring. Always available to chat and deal promptly with anything to help and progress the process.
More than a first class service and would recommend then to anyone especially if your dealing with moving on your own

I recently sold my house and Durden and Hunt (Hornchurch branch) have been exceptional with their service.
My main contacts were Daniel, Grace and Ciara (also Amanda, my sales progressor). My property was out of their obvious catchment zone but as I couldn’t attend the viewings, they were in attendance without fail, making the sale of my house a simple and relatively stress free experience.
