Prompt reply to my query about survey reward redemption, detailed explanation. Very satisfied with the service.

I had a problem with a delay in receiving my points redemption slower than usual.
After sending screenshots and emails, E-rewards sorted out my problem and I received my redemption

It’s ok and a bit of fun if you have free time on your hands. Frustrating when you finish a survey and because of some glitch you don’t receive your reward but if you contact them and explain what happened they are very helpful and obliging and they will reward you as compensation. Just contact them through the app? Good way of keeping your velocity points alive

The query I rsised was acknowledged remotely and quickly and within 24 hours s very concilatory and acceptable resolution was received.

It is an interesting way to get points and enjoy doing the surveys. It has helped me boost my velocity points. When survey gets knock out or 3/4 done, have written in and points allocated with an apologies. Fantastic way of getting points at your time in doing surveys and no pressure. That is the way I like it

I was easily able to reach the business through email and received a prompt and courteous reply. It was largely effortless.

I've been with erewards for a number of years and have managed to earn loads of points which I have transferred to Velocity points. Never had any security issues, and anytime I've had any survey problems, such as missing points, it's always been promptly and fairly resolved.

My issue was dealt with speedily and all sorted with a minimum of fuss. Easy to deal with if there is ever a glitch in the system.

I emailed Erewards about redeeming my Virgin Points they very kindly asked lots questions to fully understand why I was not able to redeem my pointed using my mobile. I had several consultants following up in regards to my issue a lot of recommendations were suggested till finally we figured out the solution.

I had a problem on the last page of a long survey. I contacted ‘help’ through the website and within 18 hours it was resolved and the 400 points were in my account. The interaction with customer service was efficient, polite and friendly as well as very helpful. Just brilliant! I love e-Rewards, it’s interesting, fun plus you get rewarded for your time ✔️

By doing surveys and getting all the reward Points

This has really helped me build Velocity points. There are some surveys that I don't qualify for and some that have filled their quota before I get to them but I have still been able to do a lot. It usually takes me more time than the survey says but I take the time to read and consider my answers carefully. When I've encountered a problem with a survey I have quickly received an answer from e-rewards staff and I've found them very helpful. I recommend giving this a go.

While the surveys themselves are sometimes of dubious quality and screen you out out the end of a long survey, the promptness and efficiency of Rewards in dealing wish these problems cannot be faulted. Always courteous, always professional.

Getting very pissed off with this mob & their fake operation. More often than not, I spend 20-30 mins doing a survey & then at the last question, whilst thanking you, they kick you out, saying:
Sorry! We closed the survey early because it doesn't seem like you're part of the target group it's looking to research.
