I recently purchased a pair of Genelec 8040B from Richard and the team at Eastwood Sound & Vision (ESV), and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.
From the very beginning, the service was prompt, transparent and genuinely helpful. Richard was extremely patient in answering my questions, explaining the details clearly and making sure I was comfortable with the purchase without ever feeling pressured.
What stood out most was the personal attention and professionalism throughout the process. Communication was excellent, everything was handled exactly as promised, and the whole experience felt straightforward and trustworthy.
The Genelecs themselves are fantastic, but the excellent service from ESV made the purchase even better. Richard and the team definitely deserve some brownie points for going the extra mile.
I would 100% recommend Eastwood Sound & Vision without a second thought to anyone looking for quality audio equipment and, more importantly, a dealer they can genuinely trust.
Thank you, Richard and team, for making the whole experience such a pleasant one. I’ll definitely be coming back to ESV for my future audio purchases!

Below average service
Paid for expensive next day delivery (the only option) which took almost a week, poor communication until I got in touch to ask where my order was. Probably won’t use again.

Although the item you ordered was listed as "usually ships in 1–2 days" rather than being guaranteed for next-day dispatch, it unfortunately took longer than we had anticipated for the stock to reach us. As soon as it arrived with us, we prioritised your order and dispatched it as quickly as possible. However, we completely understand your frustration with the delay. Where we fell short was in not keeping you updated on the status of your order, and for that we sincerely apologise.
