Advised that delivery would be on 31st December. Nothing arrived. Contacted and was told definitely would be delivered on 3rd January. That has come and gone, still no gazebo. Two days wasted as deliv... Voir plus
Roof cover has deteriorated and split in many places after only a few uses in 3 years. Frame quite strong and once erected is ok. But the expensive EasyGazebo is now no use unless we buy another outso... Voir plus
Very pleased with this gazebo - it seems very well made with a strong and secure frame, and is very easy to put up and take down. It is solid and weighty enough that so far have not needed to secure... Voir plus

Easy to put up and very Sturdy
Easy to put up and very Sturdy. My only issue is that if you dont have it on the highest setting then the sides drag on the floor with no way of rolling them up 😥. Otherwise great Gazebo.

Quality product but no sides available to buy which is ridiculous
Quality product, had bought one before years ago and lasted well. Not happy that they don't sell sides for the one I bought though. Have had to make my own using tarpaulin which kind of makes it look pants.

Excellent
Speedy delivery.
Very easy to put up.
Good quality.
Rainy and breezy weather and it provided good shelter from the elements.
Carry bag a decent size so you can fit everything back in without a struggle.

Poor spares backup
OK as long as you never need replacement parts. I need a couple of roof struts. Phoned on a Saturday. Told they dont supply spares and to contact their supplier (didn't know phone number - "we're just sales"). It was suggested I contact Customer Services the following Monday. Much the same result although they did manage to provide the website for their spares company (nothing to do with Easygazebos)...........Part not available on website and no-one available to speak to (but you could email us). Need to use gazebo coming weekend so gave up and bought a new gazebo elsewhwere.

We have ordered 4 yes 4 Gazebo’s so far, they are so very easy to open, and very well priced, we use them for all kinds of functions, latest being we quickly put one up for our two girls ( grandchildren) one 1.6 months the other 7 years they had great fun.
They can be used for anything, our son pinched one for his work a builder, so they don’t stop work. Well worth getting one & so easy to use.

Good....but
Overall the product is good and the service also.
However, one small point of dissatisfaction: The clip at the bottom of one of the corner curtains was missing, so it could not be anchored to the foot of the Gazeba
