Eat Your Photo Avis

Ordered my cake on 16th of October to be delivered on the 30th of October for my sons 21st.
On the day was told that it wouldn't be coming on the 30th but now the 31st.
Then it was delivered to the depot and I was waiting for my 1 hour slot to then check to see on way back to eat my photo.
I was devastated as this was for my sons 21st.
They said they would find out what happened but haven't.
Refund and 20 percent off next order not good enough.
All my details were correct there was no reason for this.
Avoid id pick another company for your cake.
They take ages to respond don't answer the phone.
It was then too late to go somewhere else

I ordered 2 character cakes for my granddaughters 10th birthdays, wicked and k pop demon hunters.
They were so pleased and so was I .
The cakes was packed very secure and delivered as planned and the cakes looked fantastic and tasted beautiful.
Very happy with this service and I highly recommend this service. Will use again definitely.

I wanted to thank you for the cake. It arrived last Saturday as scheduled. I left it sealed in its box until I drove to my office the following Wednesday to celebrate my retirement. It arrived in perfect condition, having been securely boxed inside the outer box.

It was photographed by several of my colleagues and appreciated by all. It tasted great and I have brought some of the leftovers back home with me.

Minecraft cake for my son’s 8th birthday was tasty. I would defo order again. Packaging and the way it was presented was excellent. Thank you

Ordered a cake for my son's birthday mainly as he wanted a cake with his picture. I had zero expectations.
The cake looked beautiful and immediately all the kids understood the concept of the football card with the stats. Now this is where things for really interesting... the chocolate cake was AMAZING..... So tasty, so light, so flavour some and it literally melted in my mouth...
I will definitely recommend eat your photo.co.uk
They have a new regular customer

Print is great quality and cake is surprisingly really good! It’s moist and tasty. Arrived safely and very well packaged. Arrived on the date I selected.
I am very very pleased with my experience :)

I love this company. I get all my edible photo images from here, multiple times a month. The delivery is always so quick and the images are always excellent quality. Any time I have made edit requests for my images they have been done exactly as requested. Highly recommend and I don't use anyone else now. Thank you!

Great service and great communication with staff.
My icing picture arrived less than 24 hours after ordering, and my requests re size adjustments and placing of wording were met exactly.
Excellent product, they even include instructions on how to place the pictures on your cake.
Its perfect, clear, bright colours.
I highly recommend this company and will definitely use again.
Thank you all at Eat Your Photo

Amazing service thank you so much - order arrived within 8 hours from placing my order to delivery. Delighted with photo quality.

Always order my daughter’s birthday cakes from this company. They are fantastic never had any issues and the cake is the best tasting cake I’ve ever had! Packed really well for delivery wouldn’t use anyone else.

I can’t fault this company, I ordered a cake for my son 6th birthday the first one arrived damaged, contacted them via email, a lovely guy called will sorted it for me and got a replacement sent out that day and it arrived on the day of party!
The cake was absolutely perfect, we went for the chocolate spong filling it was moist, creamy and so tasty! Would give 10 stars if I could will 💯 order again and recommend to everyone I know!

Don’t bother ordering an edible image topper for a cake from here. I ordered one for a birthday cake, followed the instructions exactly as described and there was absolutely no way the photo was coming off without ripping.

I spent over 15 minutes being super super careful trying to get the image off the backing but I genuinely don’t think there’s a way anyone could’ve got that off without it ripping. The image was so thin it was ripping at the most gentle touch.

I’ve emailed the customer service team to explain this and express how disappointed I am but no response….

Absolute waste of money…

First time ordering from them, I needed a cake quickly that was custom (picky birthday boy) and we were not disappointed! Arrived so quickly and with the robust protection packaging the cake was in perfect condition! Very impressed, will be using them for future birthday cakes that’s for sure! Reasonably priced too. Thank you!

Ruined a cake, and no time to make another for an important anniversary.
Apparently they printed it on the wrong paper and it came out like a jigsaw puzzle, what a mess. Have received a refund but that really doesn't make up for a slack attitude, and this won't be printed as they only print the nice ones!

Absolutely brilliant service. I will be using this again and again. The process of ordering was simple as was uploading the photo. The cake was delicious and it arrived perfectly packaged and exactly on the date required. Than you so much. My husband loved his Caterham Seven photo on his cake and it went down a treat in the pits XX

I ordered a last minute cake topper for a Ruby wedding cake. Came the next day. The image was great quality, just what I needed and quite easy to apply of you follow the instructions. This is the third time I have used this company and I am very happy with the goods and the excellent service.

My family were sceptical with my cake order but I have just received my cake this morning and I am absolutely blown away with how good it looks, the pictures are perfect and this will be our centre piece for my grandsons 18th. The cake was very well packaged and came in the allocated time slot.

cake toppers too thin, ripped when i tried to take them off the backing paper, tried freezer to firm them up but unusable
unable to contact company by phone
have sent an email...

We were looking for a Celebration Cake for our 40th Birthday to share with our Guests.
Eat Your Photo supplied a perfect solution. It was a good price and very reasonable delivery charge.
Would definitely recommend this Company - it made our day so special. Thank you

Cake arrived and was left on the doorstep outside which was not a great start!
In terms of photo quality the cake looked good but unfortunately there was creasing around the cake edging and where the birthday message was which ruined the cake.
I emailed and telephoned and had no response. I telephoned the next day and no answer. Finally I received an email the evening before the party for my daughter and by that time a replacement cake could not be sent out. I was offered a measly 20% discount and an apology.
Not what you expect when ordering a made to order birthday cake.I think if emails or telephones were answered in better time then this could have easily been resolved and a replacement sent out. For £40 we was disappointed.
The cake how ever was tasty just a shame about the late response, the cake being left on the doorstep and the damage to the cake.
I would order with caution!!
