Delivery time is normally good but this…
Delivery time is normally good but this is a joke. Item didn’t show up last week, I had to chase and request a refund for next day delivery. Was told that it would be here by middle of this week, it’s Thursday and still nothing.
I would have cancelled and bought elsewhere if I’d known. Bad time to ask me for a review

Great prices, great communication when you call them. But delivery is slow at best. Best to order weeks before you actually need the products. Have waited nearly 3 weeks for a delivery before.

waiting over a week for order, no correspondence from echo to say items will be late. After 2 emails told they won’t receive my goods from supplier til January.
Items on website showing as in stock. Terrible communication, tired of this happening.
Been using echo for years, time to use a different supplier unfortunately

Excellent, prompt and responsive service
I have been buying protein bars from Echo Supplements for a while now.
They are prompt with delivery. If their suppliers let them down, they are very responsive and will always sort things out things clearly.
I could not ask for more from them

I had a small issue with an order I…
I had a small issue with an order I placed, so I emailed echo & somebody got back to me in less than 30mins. After a couple of exchanges in emails, the issue was resolved, very quickly. Because of the outstanding customer service they provide, I’ll probably only use them, for my supplements in the future.
